The only saving grace was location. The staff was extremely rude , with bad behaviour. (Except the person on 22nd November night) The house keeping service was pathetic.

The rooms were very VERY small and without the appropriate lighting, so it was dark too... I can`t say that the cleanness was their first priority. And our room looked to the street and was very noisy

Attentive to house keeping; easy access to metro; and within walking distance to the city's some of the major attractions. The location is a typical ethnic-oriented neighborhood and offers a good variety of restaurants if you want to try something different. It is however also noisy and can be chaotic but the hotel is located on a relatively quite street. Beware of the exit of Métro station, Barbès-Rochechouart, the street vendors try to sell something at all times! But they are not obnoxious if you indicate that you are not interested.

The place was clean and tidy. A small minus for the lack of hair-dryer and fridge in the room. Besides, there were only French channels in tv.

A reasonable budget hotel. Rooms clean, but not necessarily sparkling. Accpetable for the price. Had an early start, so went in the shower at 6am and it was freezing!!! Woke me up I suppose, but wasn't happy at the time.

good value. don't expect luxury, but it is a reasonable hotel at a reasonable (for paris) price. well connected via metro in an international neighborhood. everything decent. it is pretty unbelievable that we got two bars of soap and two bottles of shampoo the first day, and they were supposed to last us six nights. we were told it is hotel policy to only provide these amenities the first night, although we got fresh towels every day and clean sheets every other day.

The location is convenient, because it's very close to a metro station (cca 4 min.), and quite close to all the city's main attractions, there are many shops, restaurants, etc. in the area. The rooms are nice and clean. The biggest problem was the bed, which was really uncomfortable, and the bed cover very thin.. - we couldn't sleep well and for this reason I wouldn't chose this hotel again. The shower was so small - really uncomfortable. The surrounding of the hotel is not very nice - it's crowded and filthy. The breakfast was fine for me, but it was really very basic for the price they were charging for it.

good location, near bus stops, shops and the Sacre-Couer. We enjoyed the friendly pastry chop nearby. The front desk woman who was a little on the heavy set side was a bit snotty and unhelpful. The other one was pleasant.

Most of the staff were quite friendly.... Hotel should think about switching to hard floors instead of carpeting... this i think is the new modern way and is a lot cleaner .... no allergies....

Excellent helpful staff. A fair walk from the Gare du Nord. One local metro station wasn't very nice to use (Barbes-Rochechouart),but Anvers was much better and the 85 bus which stops outside the hotel gets you to the main heart of Paris and goes directly to Notre Dame. Room cards are kept in a drawer behind the counter which is quite secure.Good wifi access. Safe deposit boxes were available but not necessary. Only 1 english language tv station - cnn. The room was quite noisy mainly due to roadworks on the electricity cables in the street outside. However closing the windows kept the noise out and the noise wasn't the hotel's fault.

Comfort Inn - Saint-Pierre is absolutely professional and great in all parts you expect. It's nice, comfort, cheap. Interesting positioned in city, clean rooms, tasty meal. It's very nice and rare experience with this hotel. The closest metro station (Barbes rochechouart) is - I guess - the worst part of Paris ever. Because of that the night returns from city could be uncomfortable and dangerous. I recommend to use station Château Rouge instead of. As well the night street in front of hotel is often very loud! - I didn't care but it could be annoying for someone.

“We were basically looking for a good rate in a good area and found the perfect deal with this hotel! We had a wonderful stay. There are lovely cafes and restaurants around the hotel. You can go everywhere fast by metro and even faster and much more comfortable by bus! The room was small but had everything we needed! we would recommend it for sure!” Victor, Dresden |
