Situated on the Right Bank, close to both Opéra Garnier and Avenue des Champs Élysées, the hotel is on you a quiet street in a bustling area of Paris.

Very friendly staff , good location , comfortable and clean rooms.
Close to metro Clean Room Good stuff
Wc and shower literally inside the room which is disadvantage for who cares about pravicy.
Location, Helpfull Staff, Room just refurbished, good bed.
Half of rooms where under refurbishment and no elevator available (6th floor!)
It was perfect for my stay in Paris. It was close to the subway, the trainstation and various buses. Friendly and professional reception staff. Free French newspapers for breakfast, what a treat! Good breakfast bar with a choice of cereals.
The mattress of my bed had reached the end of its life, could do with being replaced. Staff slamming doors in the breakfast room can be a nuisance.
Nothing to like
The area was nice with Sacré Cœre just around the corner.
The room was uncosy and there was mould in our bathroom.
Room was clean
unsafe condition i.e. a 11/2" high woodboard was placed over the carpet floor across the fire exit corridor on the first floor. My wife tripped over the obstruction and nearly fell. The front desk was notified and nothing was done two days before our departure.
Fun neighbourhood if a little "bohemian". Room was well equipped and comfortable.
Room was small.
I had a very recently renovated room and it was well-appointed. Staff are professional. Close to Montmartre attractions such as Sacre Coeur. The quietest air con ever.
The street is a little rough in the evenings and noisy. As a woman travelling alone it was a little edgy around the Metro station, but very safe inside the hotel.
The location of the hotel is fairly good , a few minutes away from the station , however the area is pretty unsafe . The room (double superior) was very tiny , luckily I was travelling alone . No fridge inside of the room and not even a small storage wardrobe . I asked for an iron and it was so burnt I was even scared to use it . The room was newly refurbished and all the building was under construction so the noise was unbearable . Would not go back , overpriced for their poor services .
10 minutes walking from Montmartre
the price is quite high for the quality level that is normal, not more.
The location was very convenient for where we needed to be. The area is a little shabby but not chic but nevertheless ok. Bar over the road and supermarket close by if you need anything.
Never have I seen a lift so tiny infact I have never seen an en suite toilet so tiny either but didn't spend much time in hotel only slept there.
Location was pretty good, the room was comfortable enough.
They say the French - Parisians particularly - are rude, have to say that it is true in part. The main issue is with the customer service. There isn't any. I accept this isn't a 5 star hotel but taking a phone call in the middle of getting my luggage from storage - after expressing my urgency - isn't customer service. The same staff member expected me to carry my luggage myself into the storage area, this is after a few seconds of awkward silence of us waiting for each other to move the bags. Come here for the room, don't come here for any expectations of customer service, bare minimum.
Very nice and clean, comfortable, and a big bathroom. Better than we expected!
We liked the location Sacre Ceour area is beautiful. Lovely restaurants in this area. Closeness to the metro line.
The shower had a massive step up to it and the water ran out of it
Clean comfortable rooms, fast wifi.
Friendly hotel staff, very helpful, fast wifi, location very good.
Great place to base yourself as metro is close by for all those tourist hotspots. 15min walk from Gard de Nord.
Staff very helpful and spoke English extremely well.
This has been one of my favourite hotels in Paris for over a year, while I have been commuting weekly. This last visit was my first for a few months as the hotel was undergoing renovations. The results were worth the wait. Te Comfort St. Pierre is now clearly the best hotel in Paris in this price range. Excellent, attractive room. Very comfortable bed, great flexible lighting, blackout curtains, great bathroom/shower (Grohe fittings!). Reliable, easy connect WiFi. The staff are friendly and helpful, and all speak excellent English. There's a pretty good bar/brasserie across the road and some good restaurants in the vicinity. It's about a 3 minute walk from the Metro Barbes-Rochechouart. I am staying here again this week, and probably the next few weeks.
Nothing to complain about really. Perhaps a fridge would be nice, but really, I have no issue. I guess the storage space may be limited for a couple, but for me it's fine.
Brand new refurnished room altough it's funny to access the toilet via a cupboard door (best option there is in Paris given the little space) and have a glass.wall between shower and bedroom
Breakfast buns were uneatable, quality of croissants was poor. Better have breakfast in an Algerian bakery nearby.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was neatly decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new. The location was great - just a short walk from Sacré Coeur and close to the metro. The staff helped me in advance to find a parking garage, since there is no parking available directly from the hotel.
I booked an upgrade - and got a room without air conditioning or WIFI. The room was renovated and actually stilled smelled like paint. I realize they were still renovating, but that was pretty unacceptable. The staff was unwilling to offer any compromise. "Oh, the air conditioning isn't hooked up" and "Yeah, our WIFI is very bad" were the only explanations, and they didn't offer any sort of accomodation for the inconvenience. I didn't even try to haggle, because it was obvious how very little the receptionist cared. Furthermore, Google Hotel Ads led me to believe that there was paid parking available, but when I booked on Booking.com there was no longer parking - which I only realized after I had a non-refundable room.
we appreciated the clean room, the polite personnel from reception, the fact that our room was newly equipped
thin walls, noisy hallway and cleaning ladies, fixed check-in at 2pm
We liked Montmartre and the buzz and interesting neighbourhood.
The street was dirty and noisy. Our wardrobe didn't have a door. There should have at least been a fan in the room.
