Best Western Hotel Le Montparnasse  

We loved the location right in the middle of Montpaarsse. The front desk was so helpful, even offering us to sit and have coffee as we were checking out. we loved the sleek modern design with the bed, rain shower and iPod Dock.

There was nothing I we did not like about the Best Western Le Mntpanarsse. We would definitely stay there again!

It's a short walk away from the Metro and there are lots of restaurants around the area.

While the sound insulation is good, but if you get the room facing the main street, you can still hear sirens from ambulances or police cars during the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or get a room that doesn't face the main street.

the room was dirty. we had to clean ourselves the first day and then had to ask for it to be cleaned the 2nd day the staff were difficult. they chose to argue with us regarding what time we vacated so they could clean. the breakfast area is outside and too cold

Loved the shower !! Great water pressure. The location was good. Very, very close to a major metro stop and lots to eat around it. For the time we spent in the room (not much at all), the room was adequate (but really, really small) I think we got a good rate considering it was in Paris.

It was really small. I had been warned that hotels in Paris were small but I had no idea. The staff was okay but I dont think they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

Good location, restaurants everywhere, close to local amenities. Public transport very easy to get to

hotel very comfortable and warm considering the extremely cold temperatures. and hotel staff were extremely helpful. Montparnasse is very central for all metro, trains and buses, shops and cafes..

Would have liked an English TV channel if only for the news.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Location is very good, nearby shops, entertainment and visit areas.

Rooms are exceedingly small. If you are two, you need to walk around the room in turns. Wardrobe is minuscule. Poor noise isolation from outside very busy) avenue.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here as it was close to everything... Beautiful restaurants, popular shopping streets, and was only about 20-25 minutes walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There are train stations everywhere and the closest one is about a minute walk from the hotel, this was handy for the days we wanted to go out to Disneyland and for going to the champs élysées. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful in telling us exactly what train we needed to catch.

The hotel rooms are quite small but have everything E.g small desk, minibar, bedside tables, wardrobe etc. It was a little noisy, particularly at night time as the hotel is on a rather popular street and is right below a subway, but overall it did not bother us too much and if the windows/door is closed than it blocks most of the noise. The breakfast area is very small and only serves a very basic spread, such as toast, cereal and a couple of pastries. The lift is also extremely small, barely big enough for 2 people and small luggage.

The hotel was close to the train station and the staff were helpful and informative.

The rooms were tiny, the pillows were very uncomfortable and there was no storage space.

underground noise, the bedcomfort is very poor, the shower was defect, the room is too small, the table for business work is too small.

Everything was great, the room was a bit small but the hotel is so nice and well located that it is a minor thing. Great place to stay.

Bed was comfortable and fairly clean.

The room was super small with a super small bathroom. The lift barely accommodated 2 people with medium-sized luggages. The hallway was barely wide enough to let two people pass by.

The location is excellent to explore the city, especially close to the Metro.

The room is very small, but adequate as you should really not be spending the whole day in the hotel...

wifi didn't work for 3 days, we told the staffs again and again but it seemed that no one cares. and tv signal got bad for the last 3 days, a man told us that he would get someone to look at it, but no one came.

Nespresso capsules were a nice surprise

The room is quiet and the staffs are very sweet. I like their balcony for breakfast.

The lift is quite small. With our two travel suitcases standing with my daughter and I in the car, I have to suck in my stomach.

All TV channels are in French or French translation. Rooms really small

The staff was remarkable helpful, accomodating and extremely pleasant. It was an absolute delight staying there.

Airconditioning not working correctly, we ran it on the coldest settings and still could not sleep, opened the windows when the traffic noise allowed.

Location! Easy walk to main attractions and shops and very close to Metro. Although small rooms well designed and equipped.

Small rooms! Although airconditioned in the summer (August) it can get hot. Not to bad if you have room in the rear as windows can be opened for fresh air however, front rooms are on a main road with alot of noise.
