L'acceuil chaleureux et les réponses en temps réel servent une efficacité indéniable. La chambre n'est pas néttoyée tous les jours (à part refaire le lits et changer les serviettes, ce qui fait peu...). Et surtout, surtout !l'insonorisation est insuffisante : Des téléviseurs des voisins en passant par les douches et autres chasses d'eau sans oublier les parquets qui grincent sous les moquettes, tout y est pour faire de vos nuits une attente de silences pour dormir un peu... Insuportable pour un hotel étoilé.

El personal era amable y el desayuno estaba bien. Nos dejaron a las 2330 en la calle por que olvidaron darnos el codigo para entrar por la noche. La calefaccion no funciono un dia y el agua caliente dejo de funcionar tambien varias horas.
