Good breakfast - average hotel in all. Nice staff - spoke English well. Clean, plain room. No lift. Very hard to find - we looked for an hour before finding it even with Sat Nav. |

We used this hotel as a stopover on the way to Spain, it was basic but comfortable and clean. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. We had a room with a double and two singles for the children. All in all perfect for our needs. |

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner food were better than we expected The beds were very soft and probably need replacing. Two pillows would have made a lot of difference |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Ended up with two rooms as they did not have a twin room available (which we had booked). Rooms were clean and internet access was easy. Well done steak at the restaurant was rare... but otherwise the food was OK! |

the room was comfortable and had air conditioning, there was a fair choice for breakfast for a continental breakfast we arrived after 11pm and weren't able to buy a drink at the bar which we were looking forward to after our delayed flight |

The hotel is very convenient as a base for visiting the Perpignan area by car. It is close to junctions on the major roads and motorways, as well as being very close to Perpignan airport. Secure parking and a 24hour reception makes coming and going very easy [especially my late night arrival from the airport]. The staff were very helpful and the facilities & breakfast what you would expect in a mid-range hotel. Cheap 24hour petrol and a huge LeClerc supermarket are just next door. The physical environment of the hotel is not very pretty as it is in a large retail park on the very edge of Perpignan. I think the use of a car is necessary. |

Yes under staffed at breackfast there was no dishes, no milk, not a lot of bread left.1 Sfaff to see to all the work. Also had to ask for toilet rolls each day after rooms been serviced. |

Family room was a good size, clean and beds were comfortable breakfast was very basic, no staff on hand to help, had to go looking for milk,cups etc. , was charged full price for the children who only ate cereal, even our three year old was charged full price. Staff only had pigeon english, were helpful enough, booked us a taxi to the airport |

It wasnear the airport ready for our flight the next morning, and it was easy to find. The air conditionining system was very old and did not work sufficiently well. We were in a 4th floor family room with ony dorma windows on a very hot (34 degrees) day. |

Very good staff! The receptionlady is excellent. When we had a serious problem at the airport, the lady took us at the end of her shift in her own car to the airport. Really excellent service. Actually more than good service. Thanks to your lady we will never forget our stay at your hotel. |

The Hotel was very comfortable but basic you get what you pay for. We were traveling with 2 dogs which they let stay in room a great place to stay if your heading onto Spain the next day. No room service and no coffee making facilities. But did the job for a night stay. It would of been nice to be able to have made a coffee in the room. |

They had on the board a cheaper rate than the one I had by booking, when the check-out, they charge more money. Dirty rug, walls. I asked for non smoking room, but the smell was awfull. There was no elevator, so we had to take the luggage to the 5th floor. |
