The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in the bed and we enjoyed the rain shower. The spa area looked very nice but unfortunately we didn't get to try it. It was easy enough to walk to the tram stop to get a tram into town.
The room refresh wasn't great. The first day we weren’t given any new tea. The second day we had been out for most of the day, returned at 5 to find our room hadn’t been done. The lady came while we were there to do it and had to borrow our card to come in and out of the room. Because of this the lights went out several times. Then when she was done she forgot to give back our card and we had to go and find her to ask for it.
Friendly personnel, quiet rooms and good breakfast - though a tad expensive.
The fact that major problems were fixed within 24 hours with everybody on staff doing their uttermost best and being very very friendly !
The fact that the hotel was still moving to the location when we arrived, and the place had the usual teething problems (e.g., no warm water the first night, no functioning aircon, etc.)
Very friendly newly opened for three days at a new location! Only downfall was there are no safes yet in the room. Apparently had not arrived but will be coming. Lovely spa area, music a tick too loud. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend it to all travellers. Team is 500m away and you are in Central Strasbourg in 10 mins max. Trams run every 10 mins too.
Staff were very friendly and attentive.
We were shocked when told the spa does not open until 4:00 PM and did not even have the opportunity to use it. The breakfast was over priced.
very friendly staff at the reception (Ms. Fiona so helpful!!! Thanks a lot), free tea and coffee in the room, great wellness area
carpet was probably not vacuumed in our room
Nice staff, lovely Spa space, nice design rooms.
The music in e Spa was terrible...
There was no heating. We asked to be repaired and the technician that came said that theis type of heating system does not provide more heat. Fortunately, the hotel staff provided a small air heater which kept the room at normal temperature. Also the mattress os the bed was of very bad quality. My back was hurtung me for days. Finally there is no window seal or curtain in the shower, so when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets full of water and you need to use the towels to clean the floor.
Helpful staff, good breakfasts.
Far from Strasbourg Centre.
Spacious room and bath. Hotel restaurant is very nice. Good breakfast selection. Short walk to tram into city center. If you are into spa facilities, this is well- equipped.
Another VERY modern hotel with minimalist room furnishings, which the French seem to favor. Takes a while to get used to it.
Proximity to the tram stop. Effort to provide dining oportunity.Parking easy, safe and for free.
Avoid room close to elevator, if you are sensitive to noise. Though the majority of the staff is really nice and helpful, one male member of the team was more than unpleasant and arrogant to me, for no obvious reason.
Lovely hotel staff, very accommodating of guests. Very close to the Center, only 5 short tram stops away. Huge grocery store 3 tram stops away (important for when hotel restaurant is closed). Very quiet at night.
Directions from tram stop to hotel are too brief & vague in English. Expect to get lost following them. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned after previous guest. Hotel is in a rather isolated industrial park. I was uneasy returning from tram stop after dark. Bed seemed okay but my back hurt after 2 nights. Hasn't happened elsewhere in 2+ months of travel.
Nice bathroom, bed very comfortable. Secure parking and tram stop very near with often direct line to city centre
Building all in all was not in a good shape, but we read they are moving to a new bulding nearby so... Receptionist rang at 12.00 excat regarding our check-out (although we arrived at almost 3 am)
Really good value for your money, better than expected for a 3 stars
Not in the city centre (yet inexpensive because of that).
The hotel is very nearby the motorway and has a free parking. We were staying with our baby and had our own baby bed. We were given an extra spacious room. The breakfast was very good, a lot of variety and fresh!
The heating did not work in our room.
over all good
the city its only for one night no more than that
Most things were very good
Food too much salt on preparation of food.
the hotel was clean
The gym was very small and the internet was charged to the room separately
Big parking space, very friendly staff.
Restaurant could so better(not so much choice), this gym is very outdated as well. If you ordered dinner you needed to pick it up yourself downstairs.
bathroom quadruple room with big enough beds for our teenagers location (not having to go through city by car) Proximity to tram Staff helpful good coffee in room good breakfast
My husband was locked in the Spa by customers who locked the shower doors and did not unlock them when they left. He tried to use the red phone to alert staff but no number worked, had to resort to bang on glass door. Pillows too small
Orokorrean dena ondo. In general, everything well.
Egon ginen geletako batean zigarro usaina zegoen baina pertsonalari komentatu genion unean alternatibak eskaini zizkiguten, beraz, arazorik ez. Hori bai, Spa delakoa benetan txikia zen. One of the rooms smelled to smoke but just have advised to the staff, they offered different alternatives, so there wasn´t any problem. The Spa is really small.
Had one night stop over and had inter-connecting rooms. Very clean and staff helpful even if busy. Easy to access central Strasbourg by tram - tram stop five minute walk from hotel. Secure parking at hotel and easy to access hotel from main routes in and out of city.
Close to public transport. Staff at reception good, and understood English. Room very comfortable, and the electric kettle was a bonus. Also good to have Sky News.
Nothing to dislike.
Room, shower, breakfast, sleep, car park secure.
The location is not central but tram is 5 minute walk and is easy to use. I would suggest tram out and taxi back. Total cost about 22 euros per day, family of 4. This adds to the Strasbourg experience.
Near to tranway, which is very convenient to visit Strasburg. Breakfast was simple but correct. Spa is small but with wide opening time and helps to relax after an exhausting day. Very good Wifi connection. Big free parking.
Restaurant for dinner was correct, but if possible it is better to dinner out.
