cet hotel ne merite pas l appellation Best Western. J'irais meme jusqua dire que c'est une honte pour l'enseigne. Quand on reserve une chambre dans un Best Western c'est pour eviter toutes les complications d'un hotel de pauvre qualité. Pour faire court tout les problemes que l'on rencontre dans ce genre d'hôtel (pas de depose baguage, staff n'ayant aucune volonté d'aider le client, le coffre fort verouille ne pouvant pas etre débloque avant le lendemain (tres interessant pour un sejour d'une nuit), pas une chambre prete avant 14h, tele tres très ancienne sans telecommande, etc...) je les ai rencontres. Je me demande encore comment j'ai pu accepter de payer la chambre.

Quiet aeria, good breakfast, good bed to sleep in, very helpfull and friendly, English speaking staff.

Great budget friendly hotel! 1. Breakfast is great - fresh bread, good coffee - my family loved it so much. 5 star hotel quality 2. Good location - near Giant Casino supermarket, China town restaurant area, Tram, and Metro all within 5 min walk. Porte D' Ivry station is easy access to most Paris attractions and connections both Tram and Metro though it took 15 mins to get to Paris central area still OK for us. 3. Clean! but a bit old look and need few maintenance 4. Reasonably safe area to me. 5. Great staffs and pretties.

I would stay here again with this budget anytime.

Breakfast is very good, metro/tram station near, the zone is ok.

Residential zone, there's a supermarket near and that's it.. Not many restaurants or commercial areas.

Breakfast: nice, complete quiet: hotel was very quiet during the night location: fairly close to Metro station

Heating: I setup the heat to maximum, but it barely give any heat. Room was quite cold... Internet: hardly any signal on 5th floor. The internet was working poorly, as the heating system... Cleaning: on the second day the cleaning lady did not come to our room. Minibar: completely empty payment: I did not like that they locked some money on my credit card, several weeks before my arrival

Nice bathroom newly redecorated very clean and nicely made. Breakfast was also ok, renewed room comfortable and choice good enough. Very quiet location - draw back is there is nowhere to go for diner than 1) take the metro for 15 minutes to reach St Michel area or 2)the small bar next door to the hotel whose tenants are very gentle. Food is home type, simple and fresh not expensive.

No heating in the room (I mean heat not the airco as explained the staf- I may be stupid sometime). Most outstanding is the electric back up heaters that was not screwed on the wall just put on the carpet, and not connected to the main (wires open in the air). So the great staff gave me another room and "waow" the heating did not work neither and the back up heater was of course not screwed better than in 1st room, on the wall but I was lucky that the wires were connected to the main - with an open connection box that any one could put the finger in and get electroshocked... The heater- warming the room for the night was put on the carpet... So no real cooling air possible for it and this could create severe damage up to fire. I was about to wrote a note to the authority for violation of safety regulation but too much work - hotel tenant is lucky. I have a few photos to give to anyone interested. Last point: I should say nothing because I paid extrem low price : It was the 'Hotdeals' from Booking.com. The evening staff told me "you got a low rate" underlining "- be happy you have a bed". True story guys. Just amazing. A 3 stars Best Western service in Paris.

Neat and tasteful room

Breakfast was not very fresh. Breads looked stale and "fresh" fruits were from can.

The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area, with swift access to the tube, it takes less than 20 min. to reach the city center. The staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are clean. I also liked the breakfast, quite various and fresh. A budget friendly hotel, a good price for Paris and a good balance between price and quality.

Staff spoke English which was helpful.

Nobody could explain to me where to park and how it works, so I ended up getting a parking ticket, not happy.

unfortunately the hotel has no bar, restaurant and my room was really cold. i asked for heater twice they didnt have which is fine they didnt do any effort to put me to another room or something similar.

The location is ok and quiet area.

We've serious water leakage like water fall from the air condition during the last night of the stay after going to bed for 5 minutes. We were completely trapped in the room until the firemen came to stop it and ripped everything off from the ceiling. The leakage even wet the power outlet on the wall and smoke came out occassionally from it. Luckily we've packed away the camera which was charging on the power outlet a few minutes ago before going to bed. When we checked-out, the stuff treated the incident as it is normal event happening in this hotel, didn't compensate anything or even apologise about what has happening during the night . Another issue was the parking. They mentioned parking on-site possible and no reservation needed but they didn't mention that they've only 6 places and you need to look somewhere else and it cost EUR19.50 per day. The WIFI connection was hopeless when you've the room at the back. The price of the breakfast is far too expensive for what we get compare to the restaurant(s) or bakery nearby. We can easily get a nice breakfast nearby with the price less than EUR12.50. This is the worst place that we've ever stay in Paris and the worst attitude of the service personnel. The rescue of the water leakage took them 10-20 minutes long to re-act. If it is a fire, then we have already became a roasted turkey and couldn't celebrate the 2013 new year.

We stayed here while in Paris to see swedish house mafia. The hotel is only 5min walk away from the metro which is directly across from a mcdonalds, ideal! SDtaff were pleasant and told us where to go for a bar/club on a Sunday night. I also saw some people ordering in pizzas from the local which I thought was good. Rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was your usual european breaky with plenty of coffee etc. If staying in Paris again would happily stay here for value for money.

The front desk/customer service offers little to no communication and was not very helpful when asked for information about parking and metro line location.

Very good value overall in a city where prices are over the top

The staff serving breakfast acted as if the patrons were pests. The breakfast service was terrible. Otherwise, the hotel represented good value for money considering this was Paris.

It is very bad that the hotel does not have it's own bar, where clients could have at least a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, because there are no nearby places, working late.

Good location in a calm neighborhood with good access to the Metro. Room very clean and free wifi availability.

Offer at breakfast is rather limited and personnel in the breakfast area efficient but not very friendly. 152€ for one night is all in all rather expensive for this location. For a city trip it should perfectly be possible to find at this price same comfort in the centre of Paris.
