Everything was perfect for us..location, room, housekeeping/maid service and with a smile on their faces. Nothing....We did not readz anz reviews online about this hotel.We saw it in the Rick Steves book and were pleased with the booking for 3 nights. |

Stayed at this hotel for two nights on a holiday across the south of France with my girlfriend in August. Staff were really nice, and gave good information to us (where to park the car for free as hotel has no car park, map of the town etc.). Room was well furnished, clean and with good air conditioning. Had a room next to the lift and was not disturbed by it all. Only problem with the room, is that maybe it would be a bit small for longer than a 3-4 day stay. I would easily recommend this hotel to my friends. The electronic key for the door is also used for the rooms electricity, so you cannot leave the air conditioning on while you are out. |

Close to the train station and to the sights like the Roman Arena. Room had air-conditioning, which was needed when we visited in August. Cheap quality hotel and doesn't deserve the high ratings shown on line - it really is a very basic 2* hotel. We had a family room but that meant 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not what we expected - we expected 4 beds. |

Perfect location to explore all the historic and cultural sites in Arles. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is kind, the easy parking nearby helps a lot... would go again with pleasure. |

The situation waas excellent, just inside the wall, plenty of parking nearby, very clean and quiet No wifi, and our room couldn't connect to internet, though othewr rooms could connect. Air conditioning noisy and not vgerty efficient. Open widows better |

The room was very small (barely had room to walk around the double bed) and sparsely furnished. Hotel staff somewhat inefficient and not very friendly. Had to wait several hours to check in after 14h without being given a specific time but was then made to check out at 11h sharp. |

No luxury, a simple clean hotel in a perfect location. You can park really nearby and there is air-Conditioning in the room. You have to pay 5 euros an hour to use wireless internet.The staff is friendly but one of them speakes only french and rather fast, so the communication was sometimes not so easy. |

The hotel was conveniently located within 5 mins walk to the Les Arenes, along the scenic river Rhone and easily accessible to the other parts of Arles. Hotel staff were relatively friendly and assisted in providing hot water for child's milk. There was a funfair/carnival setup near the hotel when we were there and it was quite noisy till late into the night even though the windows were closed. |

It is a nice modern hotel in all respects, and very well situated in the heart of the city. It is not a high end hotel by any means but the price is very reasonable and it is excellent value for money. The computer available for guest use was out of order, and this was disappointing. |

Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style, for the price (€6). The room was tiny, and if you want to go outside for a smoke after 22.00 you need to bring your key (which leaves other occupants of the room without light:-) |
