Comfort Hotel Davout Nation  

The staff is friendly and have good English. The room I had was quiet and there's free WiFi. It's just 200 meters away from the metro stop however it takes 30 mins to the city centre.

The hotel is dirty and located in a very bad area. Everything about this hotel is old and shabby. I was cold because there was only a small electrical heater in my room and there was no quilt just a thin bedsheet to cover. The blanket was so old and worn out and it had a strange smell.. It also smelled from the bathroom sink. The carpet was so dirty it was black I didn't feel safe at all in this hotel because of the neighbourhood: this area is for immigrants and it's full of drunks and homeless men. The breakfast was really poor; no fresh fruits, no ham or cheese, no vegetables. Only bread and some cheese spread plus sweets like jam and honey and some cereals and milk.

The hotel is situated very close to metro station "Porte Montreuil". It's very easy to reach from anywhere by metro. Few supermarkets are near the hotel. The pictures on the booking.com fairly reflect the real rooms.

The WiFi connection was very poor and rough. It doesn't function properly. There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the smell originated from wash-basin pipe. But the overall impression from bathroom is quite good (clean, modern and well equipped.)

Great hotel at in a safe location in Paris for a low price.

It was close to the metro station.

I didn't like the room at all.It was very small, very small wardrobe if you can call it so, the bathroom wasn't very nice,it was a shower in the bath and the water couldn't drain.There weren't any shampoos or shower gel, only 2 small soups.Also the walls weren't painted for at least an year.There was a tv only with french programs.

Metro station and Bus Station is just around corner. Few Restaurants and a Grocery store ( opened on Sunday and late evening) is next to the hotel. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and service was good.

The room was vey small, no space to put two suitcases, just 4 hangers for 2-people's clothes.

We had some problems trying to work out the WiFi. But I don't care about it really.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Metro was near. We enjoyed walking to the Pere Lachaise cemetery. There were good amenities close by.

The area is under construction and will be much improved in 18 months or so. Encouraging to see the quality of work being under-taken! The hotel could learn from their example!

Čistý a klidný hotel 3 minuty od metra a samoobsluhou hned na rohu. Koupelna byla s vanou.

Lokalita nevypadala úplně nejbezpečnější a nejčistší.

Boas instalações, próximo ao Metrô, porém num bairro meio esquisito. Os funcionários tem muita dificuldade de comunicação com hóspedes que não se comuniquem em inglês ou francês. Até o último dia de estadia, não obtive a informação de que teria disponibilidade de café da manhã pago no hotel.
