The location is good. Near to the hotel is metro station, line no.9 and Carrefour with some boutiques.

During my 3 day stay no internet access, too noisy, around the boulevard and the hotel - all is under construction.

It was awful.The service at the reception was very unpolite.The rooms and the sheets were very,very dirty.Very small room, which only one person can live in.There wasn't anything what you need.The internet did not work.The street where the Hotel situated is..was very noisy.We couldn't sleep and it was full everywhere with beggars.The Hotel location was catastrophic!

Great hotel at in a safe location in Paris for a low price.

That was the worst hotel that I have ever visited in my whole life!! By having my Visa number, which was provided by you "booking.com", they did a transaction (withdrawal) for the hotel room in the first day (without having my permission). Second day, they asked me to pay for the room!!!! I told them, they already withdrew the money from my account but they declined! I showed the reciptionist the message from my Bank and asked him to make sure. After two hours, I got a second message from my bank with another transaction for the same hotel with the same fee!! will they force me to pay twice!! even worse, they did the transaction without having my permission. I went to the hotel and asked them "why you did the transaction without having my permission and why to double pay the room?" The reciptionist was very rude, telling me you can stay in the lobby till tomorrow but I won't do anything for you!! I called the police for them and now I am stuggeling with my bank to cancel the two transactions after paying the room cash.

Easy access to the metro line 9 with the station just about 200mtrs away. Economical. Helpful staff.

Horrible internet connectivity.The room I stayed in was pretty crammed up.

Supermarket and laundry are nearby.

Regarding to locations, the nearest station has lots of people like homeless or gypsy. I felt danger when I walk through there after the sun going down. We often used next nearest station at night.

The Stuffs speak English well and react rapidly. Their atmosphere was nice.

The door is not well built, meaning there is a small block to close it completely. This had been fixed for security reason. Another thing is that some parts of the bath gets rusty though it does not affect on its function.

Cama confortable, buena insonorización de la habitación hacia los pasillos y habitaciones contiguas, toallas de calidad cambiadas todos los días. El barrio (Puerta de Montreuil) es muy práctico: supermercados,mercado, correos, panaderías 24 horas, farmacias, lavandería de monedas y ciber cafés a muy buen precio, burgers y variedad de comida para llevar. Hasta la medianoche el barrio está animado, concurrido y bien iluminado, están cambiando las aceras y está quedando muy bien. Hay un pequeño parque muy bonito y cuidado junto a la plaza

No te hacen la cama, sólo estiran la colcha sobre las sábanas y mantas arrugadas. Las sábanas sólo las cambian los sábados. La ventana sólo tiene una cortina mas bien escasa, en mayo en París a las 6 es de día y te entra toda la claridad. El aislamiento de la ventana es malo, llegan los ruidos de la calle. La habitación no tiene armario, sólo un colgador sin puerta y unas estanterías al aire y tampoco hay una mesa-escritorio, sólo una tabla debajo de la ventana. La televisión tiene pocos canales y el teletexto y radio no funcionan. La caja fuerte está en recepción y cuesta 4.00€ al día, El precio del hotel es excesivo teniendo en cuenta la calidad del servicio, el nivel de confort y la zona marginal y alejada del centro en la que se encuentra

Cortesia dello staff , ottimo il buffet/colazione, riscaldamenti sempre accesi ,pulizia delle camere ed infine ottima posizione rispetto alla fermata della metro.

Unica nota negativa, la presenza dei loschi individui la sera tardi nella zona dell albergo
