Beds were good, and bath+linens very clean. Pet friendly! Very helpful staff. Older hotel- needs some updating. Parking was paid- should have been free this time of year (off-season) Breakfast was too expensive.

I liked the fact that Car park is available, the reason I picked this hotel. Not three star definitely. Lacked all facilities or were on poor shape for three star. Not very clean. Breakfast was very poor. Would not go there again.

We loved the location (close to Nice, Monaco, Italy, the airport, the beach and beach restaurants and shopping at a large mall) and we loved the staff at the front desk: Patrick, Corinne, Jerome and Remy. Very, very friendly.

It was 5 minutes to the airport which made it very convenient for departure. We also liked that this hotel is within 1/2 block of a major shopping center and also the beach. The free parking was very important to us because city parking in France is very challenging to say the least. This hotel is also very close to the bus stop. Also, there is a small refrigerator which we appreciated. Although it was a non smoking hotel. Our room smelled of smoke terribly. We had to open our patio windows for a day and a 1/2 to get the smell down to a tolerable level. We also didn't like that you do not have complimentary coffee. However, this is typical of most French hotels. The room was not very clean, particularly the floor which was in desperate need of sweeping.

Bien placé pour mon séminaire. Déco vieillissante, manque de propreté. Prix du parking exhorbitant. Pas de quoi se faire un thé dans la chambre. Douche à peine tiède. Je ne risque pas d'y remettre les pieds !

Hotel propre bien que quelques rafraichissements seraient à prévoir. Personnel très sympa, chambres nettoyées et serviettes changées tous les jours. Hotel idéalement placé à 1 min de la mer et d'un grand centre commercial. Trés proche aéroport de Nice, les enfants ont adoré voir décoller et atterir les avions depuis la plage. Petit dejeuner trop cher

Из хорошего - только расположение, и море рядом, и торговый центр. К сожалению, информация в Booking.com не соответствовала действительности. Повелись на хорошее оборудование номера - и кофемашина, и чайник, и стиральная машина. На деле все оказалось проще: кипяток - спрашивать на ресепшен, постирать - к горничной за доп. плату. При заселении горничной пришлось чуть не пальцем показывать, что унитаз грязный - в упор не хотела замечать. Да и пожалуй это был единственный отель, где белье и полотенца за 4 дня ни разу не менялись, только укладывались. Не стоит этот отель таких денег.

Disponibilità di alcune persone. Albergo vecchio con camere sicuramente non all'altezza del prezzo richiesto,solo per essere gentili.Ambienti che di rado ricevono un cambio d'aria.Necessita' ristrutturazione in tutti I locali.Vecchio frigobar,sembra un congelatore! Aria condizionata non funzionante.Porta verso terrazza con buone possibilità di essere aperta.Non potendo tenere aperta la porta finestra, di notte si ha la sauna gratis...

Courtesy coach collected and returned us to the airport. Many buses to and from the city (1 euro) ,bus stop 3mins from the hotel.
