Location is good,but the city is like a building site due to utilities renewal in the centre of the city. The hotel is well situated close to all the main shopping areas.the biggest drawback is the constant stream of buses pulling in and out of the terminus which is right outside the front of the hotel. The room was comfortable and reasonably spacious with a good bathroom.maid service was good.

The worst thing that can happen when after 6 or whatever hours to arrive at your hotel and be told that they have not got your reservation and they are booked solid. The second worst thing that can happen is you book your double room and when you arrive at the hotel le clocher de rodez they show you to your "double" room but guess what at this hotel your "double"room is actually a single room.and no breakfeast is not included in your room rate. But all is not lost after arriving back reception they find you a real double room ,this one even has 2 pillows and 2 mugs.but the bad taste is there and after that there is not much more to say than that over and under,

Good located, and quite good inside

Little bit complicated to achive room with heavy suitcases even if elevator is in operating. But not too much.

Clean well appointed location on the 'edgy' side from the city centre tourist area. Very helpful staff, good breakfast selection catering for all tastes, very convenient being just around the corner from the city-airport shuttle bus stop.

It was fairly close to the train station, not too far to walk to the main dining/shopping part of town

Decor old and dated. We were on a lower floor so there was a bit of street noise.

Located just a few steps from Metro Station, Airport Suttle Stop, Taxi cabs, and Parking. Hotel is conveniently located around the corner from main Bouleverd with many reaturants. Walking distance to main city attractions. Value for money is good. The hotel is old but clean. Bathroom in room is upgraded with a nice shower w/duche; hair dryer , ac and wirless internet are available in room.

(1) Only one bottle of water is offered for the entire stay; once you drink it there is no more water placed in the room. (2) the access room card key code had to be coded three times by the desk employee in order to work. (3) Prefer thin white sheets in the bed that the type of blanket/sheet combination provided. (4) No information in room about main city attractions to visit

Helpful and friendly staff. Exceptionally good value for money at the advance price we paid. Good location: walkable with luggage (ten minutes) from the railway station, near St Sernin and the other sites of central Toulouse, but free from traffic noise.

The staff were very pleasant. Especially Emelie who was on afternoon shift, she was very helpful with getting us information and booking taxis etc. The rooms a small and cosy, not very much space but they have all the necessities. It was a great location within walking distance to the Capitol square, Wilson place and other landmarks. Its not a luxury hotel, but provided good comfortable accommodation with eateries near by. A magnificant dining venue called Angels and Demons in Toulouse aboy 9 euros by cab or can walk to it in 15 mins. check out the website. Chapon and his wife are the owners and wonderful gastronomic eperience.

Emelie afternoon receptionist was wonderful and very helpful. Lovely personality suited to Tourism.

Great central location very close to the airport bus, shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

Family room was quite small for 4 people. One of the double beds is a bed settee. Fine for 1 night.
