The room was huge, a little old, but clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise from expectations of continental breakfasts in Europe and for a relatively cheap hotel. The location was great, with good connections to the airport, bus and trains. Plenty of shops etc nearby. |

As ever the Comfort Hotel provided a good base for me during my business trip to Toulouse. I don't bother looking at the alternatives any more. |

Good central location. Easy to park nearby A very small room which was a great disappointment when described as an excetutive. Dread to think what a standard would be like. Very expensive for what one got save for its central position. |

Location and the staff was very kind The hotel is simple, unfortunately it has no fridge in the rooms and the city is very hot in the summer |

The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast that was included with our room was very good. Excellent staff but a dated facility with poorly upgrade amenities. The view out the windows in the interior facing rooms was very unattractive, i.e. run down. |

Really friendly staff, & value accomodation near to main attractions. Old lifts which felt unreliable (but weren't). Difficult to work the air conditioning. |

This hotel was classed as 3 star but was more like a two star hotel. Bedroom small and whole hotel in need of refurbishment. Quite dingy. Breakfast was quite good variety but more like a canteen environment. |

Comfortable room, well equipped - including a kettle etc for making tea/coffee - very high standard of cleanliness and an excellent breakfast. Central location, a short walk from the station. I was a bit concerned about traffic noise when I arrived at the hotel, as it is opposite a small bus station, but my room faced a courtyard at the back and was very quiet. |

Very good location, nice hotel staff. Possibility to leave your bagggage:) We highly recommend to all visitors of Toulouse to have a dinner or lunch at ' Le voyage d'ulysse' ( very close to the main square Capitol, rue de Gestes) The best greek cuisine- enjoy it! |

I liked the central location near the Place Jeanne d'Arc and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were generally very pleasant. We stayed in 2 different rooms and they were finished to different standards. One had a great new bathroom, the other had one at least 30 years old. They need to refurbish all the rooms before letting out some of the older ones. |

This is a good value, clean, relaxed and friendly hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are of reasonable size and although the whole hotel decor is a bit tired we quite liked not having to pay for the glitz. The deal they do for parking is very good - 10 euro per day right outside the door. The wc did not have an extractor fan - or maybe it did not work (106) |
