Very professionally run hotel

Basic hotel within easy reach of Annecy centre.

location, walking distance to city center , silence around.

1. maybe wi-fi internet connection can be better (our room N513 was far from hot spot) 2. some amount was blocked before arrival on my credit card, but hotel staff didn't confirm that is was hotel transaction. who's blocked I don't know (booking.com?)

Internet booking system works well. Great to be able to have two joined rooms. Makes travelling as a family very relaxed. Nice walk along the river into the old town.

Well-laid out room with comfortable beds. Close to restaurants. Very easy access from motorway. Reliable high speed free Wi-Fi. Secure underground parking (at a price!)

Bathroom not user friendly. Needed updating. Hotel itself looked a bit tired outside.

This is just acceptable level for family trip.

Facilies in the rooms were not maintained well. Moreover, I was not informed by hotel staff the informed parking place in front of the hotel would be shut out in next morning due to marche.

Close location to the city center (10min walking distance). Very helpful staff. Water boiler and coffee in the room. Good hygienic conditions. No noise around the room on the 4th floor.

Hotel location was perfect, just outside the main part of town. Close to the canal then a nice 10 minute walk along the canal to the old town. Parking was underground and gated although there were only 7 or 8 spaces but we had reserved one in advance.

The room had airconditioning but the room was still pretty hot and sticky.

The stay was really lovely. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and we had a small balcony. Tea and coffee making facilities were welcome. I see the hotel is undergoing renovation of each room, replacing furnitutre and carpet which will make it even more comfortable. The location was excellent in a quiet cul de sac, just ten minutes walk to town on a canal path. I would definately stay here again and recommend to others.

The room was a bit small, although there was a lot of storage space and it did make the best use of the space.

The location!

We had a veyr bad welcome. The guy at the hotel was a beginner and booked everything wrong. I paid for breakfast and then we were told that their staff member had made a mistake so we had to pay again. Everything in the room was broken. Even the rubish bins. The bathroom was horrible. I tried to take a shower and the shower curtain fell on me. Then the towl holder fell off the wall. Not sure why the room was in such a run down state. This room needed to be renovated, fast! It was dangerous as not one thing was working properly. The breakfast was terrible. Nothing but jam and bread. They charged me extra for room service and delivered only 'jam and bread' and cold tea. I would not stay there again.
