City centre location is good but you need a SatNav to find it (in the dark). Helpful staff at desk, good breakfast - not a full English - but still more than adequate. Although city centre, quiet location. Room vary - doubles can be smallish but ok for 1 night. Parking is in a small pay-car park in front of hotel 20 meters away. |

Clean, comfortable rooms with kettle which was handy for making a cup of tea :) Our key card didn't work instantly to open the door. We had to keep trying for about one minute each time. |

The location is very convienient and only a short walk from the town.The breakfasts were excellent and attention to cleanliness and service superb.The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and it was good to have a bath at the end of a long cycle ride. |

Especially enjoyed the breakfast and the parking feasibility underground. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. As we stayed only 1 night, we booked a room for 3 adults, but the 3rd bed was a bit small and more suitable for a child till age of 12. Clean rooms though. |

Kind staff Room at the last floor hat no real windowos. As a consequence we had view on the sky. Location ok, 10 mn walking form city centrer, but not attractive. Parking is really uncorfortable to drive and requires to book in advance |

The hotel's location us fairly good, though it takes about 15 minutes walk. The service was very good and helpful. Breakfast was good and worth the cost. Total review: Good and worth the money, as most of the day we were walking and visiting around. The room was small, but acceptable to us. |

The underground parking in a secure location was a plus and reasonably priced ( one must call ahead to book a spot). Easy access to canal walk. Very quiet location. Although the wireless internet access was included it did not work in the room, only the lobby. The hotel should make this clear on their web site. |

Everything was perfect. Good breakfast. Extremely comfortable beds. Spacious & clean room. All mod cons. Friendly helpful staff . Lovely 20 minute canal walk into Annecy old town with superb views en route. We could not fault this hotel in any way whatsoever. |

Easy access to sporting activities. Basic and relatively inexpensive hotel. There was a slightly damp smell in the room. Cigarette smoke from outdoors came into the room. |

the hotel was clean and staff helpfull. convenient for the centre of annecy. the carpark is very small, only for 7 cars and i would think prebooking to be essential. the carpark has very small spaces and is very tricky to get into with a large car. we had difficulty with a ford mondeo! the location is ok but there are similar hotels in annecy in nicer places. i don't have any complaints other than a very poor wifi connection ( which is free though ) |

This hotel is a little dated but each time we stay the rooms are very clean and staff helpful. It is a short walk from the old town and well placed for all car routes. Powdered milk in the rooms. Does not taste good in the coffee! |
