Location was the best, it is heart od Monmartr, metro station is very close, you can stay the whole day in Monmartr region or it takes you about half an hour to reach any touristic place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day, it was nice. Never ate breakfast because too many beautiful cafes around. Rooms are really very small but provided with everything you need.

The location is excellent with good bars and restaurants all around, plus Metro stations close by. The hotel is clean, warm, has a lift, and helpful and friendly staff. Each time I have stayed there I have got a "deal" on the room price, although I think at full room rate it might be a little too pricy for me.Would recommend it for people wishing to explore the many sights of Montmartre/Pigalle.

location was amazing so close to everything in montmarte and easy taxi rides to eiffel tower and other museums. bedding was clean and comfortable and there was a lift which is handy for top floor. showers were great - hot and powerful and bathrooms had all you need even tho they were tiny! its very basic but you dont go to paris to hang out in the hotel the whloe time!! corridors and bedrooms a bit shabby and need a bit of doing up. its a little expensive but the location means that everything is pricey round there.

The main benefit of the hotel was it's location in the heart of Montmatre. We had a top floor room which provided us with a unique view of Paris. There were no facilities beyond breakfast but the local streets aare packed with pleasant restaurants and bars. If you are a walker then the whole of Paris is accessible. In our 3 night stay we didn't use the metro but saw all we wanted to, reaching as far as the Latin Quarter. It offers basic accommodation but we would definitely go back and use it again but would ask for floor 5 with a room with a view. Nothing really. We knew it's facilities were limited and only expected a comfortable clean room. Small frustration of no sky tv for the limited times we wanted to catch up on news etc.

We've enjoyed our stay in the Comfort Hôtel Place du Terre. It's true, the rooms aren't big and the elevator is the smallest we've ever seen. But you have all the space you need to a comfortable stay. The staff is very helpfull and nice and the room tidy and clean. It has an excelent location, just around 3-4 minutes from the subway station Blanche and Moulin Rouge and 2-3 minutes from Amelie's Coffee des 2 Moulins. We've read that sometimes the noise in the street disturbed but we have no complaints to make about that. It's a very nice and quiet neiboughhood, at least during March. We've enjoyed our stay and if back to Paris we would definitively stay again in Comfort Hôtel Place du Terre. Plus, we loved Gregory, the recepcionist! He gave us really precious tips for places to eat while enjoying the neighborhood.

If someone is looking for a budget and comfort hotel in the proximity of Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur it is ideal palece. Especially for rubbernecks who plan to walk/bycicle the whole day and come to the hotel only for rest. The room is neat but small. There are also plenty of nice bars and pubs nearby for a drink. I reccomend it.

Hotel is in a great location close to the Sacre Coeur and whilst the rooms are small and basic they're perfect for any young couple looking for value for money. There is a metro station a 5min walk away so it's easy to get around.

Beautiful, vibrant location. Many bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The bathroom was small. I didn't mind, but any portly or tall people may find it a squeeze.

It has been 5th time that I stayed at this hotel. This is mostly due to it's great location and reasonable prices. The breakfast used to be included in the room price before. It's not anymore.

Everything was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Hygiene, very clean, neighborhood, free WIFI. The room is more than perfect if you just want to sleep. Minor detail but it doesn't really matter i think. No iron for ironing. But yeah who cares.

Only the staff were excellent. The rooms were too small, very unkempt smelling of cigarettes , not family friendly and the breakfast was not up to date. I felt I got raw deal in the money I paid if I was to compare it with budget hotel like premier in or travel lodges.I Wouldn't recommend any body to comfort inn if that's how they are.

The room was nice with a small balcony that you could see the Effiel Tower from. The reception staff were helpful and the location is brilliant. There are 10's of cafes and shops right outside and a bakery and supermarkets within 100 meters. The bed was very comfortable too If you read the reviews they saw the rooms are small but my girlfriend has stayed in Montmartre twice before twice and said this was the best room by far. Yes the bathroom is little small but all in all I was very happy - I would recommend for the price and I will be staying here again

I love the area its in. Quaint, charming and so easy to get to other parts of the city from there. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was small, but clean. I came there to do stuff in paris, not hang out in the room. Its right next to 2 very busy bars and if your room faces the street, its very loud. There's no air so if its hot you have to have the windows open. Also, I could not get cnn on the tv
