We wanted to stay in Rouen and this one was chosen for price. The staff were nice although we only saw 2. The facilities were very clean and comfortable rooms. We arrived on Saturday only to find their restaurant does not open on weekends. The hotel is in a shopping complex and the restaurants available in the area were very commercial and not traditionally French. Chinese, Japonese, Fast food. However there was one where we could have steak and salad. Disappointed with choice of food available.

Clean, good size rooms, excellent location next to good-size shopping center and restaurants; close enough to central Rouen to walk. Next to tram station too, so easy to connect to rail from Paris. It would help to explain that you walk through the central enclosed shopping area to the far end and turn right once outside -- it's right there.

Convenient location en route from Calais to Charente, with good access from motorway, and excellent secure car park. Would have been good to have a nice view, but good location was more important for one night stay

Decent for the price we paid, helpfull hotel staff, situated in a quiet pedestrian area, close to a commercial centre The doors (of all rooms on the 5th floor) didn't close very well and so the smallest noise or tallk from the corridor was heared into the room a tiny bathroom with basic and old equipement

Bar open, once we had booked in, reasons see below. Difficult to find, entrance does not show hotel name. Gps could not locate, found signs to shopping mall area purely by chance. No signs to indicate location of hotel lift in the adjacent multi storage car park. No signs within mall to direct to hotel entrance. A clear indication that the entrance is in the church square would be most helpful

Staff very helpful rooms clean good parking The hotel is in a pedestrain area the staff gave us access since we had a roof box and could not get in to underground car park. Plenty of places to eat next to the hotel as it is next to the shpping centre.

Free parking We thought it was very central to the historic old city but it was over the river about a kilometer walk. Although the hotel provided free parking, the entrance to the car park was some distance on a different street, we had to talk our way into restricted vehicle area only to be told to go back and enter the car park at a different address. It would have been good to know that before we arrived.

The helpfullness of the reception staff, especially the way she directed us to the car park.The room was very comfortable-especially the bed. Both my wife and I enjoyed the central location and the sights of the the square the church and also you could just make out the spires of the cathedral.Thank you for a pleasant stay. Difficulty to locate car park before arrival.
