The hotel was very good. The hotel restaurant was exceptional value for money. We would definitely stay again. Finding the hotel was difficult. The internet hotel instructions should highlight how to get to the car park and that you can access the hotel from the underground municiple car park |

I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff. I also liked the location. They forgot my wake-up call and seemed to have an incompetent night receptionist. |

The hotel was well placed in the centre of town and offered good value for money. The directions given to the hotel were very limited, and we spent nearly an hour driving around town looking for roads that were not signposted clearly with the numbers that the directions relied on. More details, such as which lane to be in when approaching junctions, and an idea of the final destination (the hotel car park is situated under the St-Sever shopping mall) would have been very helpful. |

Friendly receptionist, clean room with basic facilities Room was too hot as no air con so had to sleep with the window open & there was a lot of noise from drunks outside - even though it was mid-week. The shower curtain was old & tatty & shower was quite basic (just linked to the wash basin taps!). No tea/coffee making facitilies in the room |

as we were travelling we liked the idea of a restaurant in the hotel to avoid having to look for a place to eat |

Stayed for one night as a break in a long journey south. We walked into the city centre which was close-by an had a look at the cathedral and had something to eat. The only thing is that our room backed onto a shopping centre. It's air conditioning was right under our window and it was making a considerable amount of noise so window open was not an option. |

Not far from the city centre (about 15-20 minutes to cathedral) and the next building to the shopping centre with the supermarket. And there is a big underground parking. The rooms that face the church are more noisy (especially in the morning, when the bells ring). But it's not a big problem, because the breakfast is served rather early anyway. |

Close to shops and ease of parking It was further out of the main city than we had been lead to believe |

Parking lot had lift into the hotel - relatively cheap to park 4,20E per night. Would prefer free parking! Coffee could be fresher - was burnt. |

Only the price and the surrounding commercial area next to the city centre Extremely small rooms, very noisy at night, no air conditioning, uncomfortable beds and windows to a very ugly part of building full of noisy machines. |

Good suburb location, a 15 minute walk to downtown Rouen Our room was old and in need of an update, we had a 3rd bed added to the room for our child, this made the room very cramped. Couldn't park our overheight car in the hotel underground car park, note max. height 1.9m |

The hotel night porter was excellant as were the reception staff. Restaurant in the shopping centre next door was fantastic a diamond in the rough. Rooms were small and with no air conditioning very hot. Breakfast was expensive for what you got. Not a good area to stay in if you have small children or want somewhere to go after 9 at night unless you walk across the river which is about a 10 or 15 minute trek |

Excellent parking, shopping centre next door. A longer walk to town centre than information given, certainly 20 minutes. |

A good hotel, given it's budget, close to the city centre, 24-hour front-desk. |
