The room is smallish, but surprisingly comfortable for the money we paid. They really made an effort to make the most of a budget place. It is a nice 15-min walk from the city sights too. |

The Mushroom Soup was great, and the staff also, always smiling and ready to help. when u open the door of the room, it almost touch the bed, very small room, and very small bathroom. |

The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was varied and good. It was within 10 minutes via the tram of the city centre. No clear directions from the tram stop. Arrived at night - very difficult to find due to unlit/ rough paths. |

Very helpful guy at the reception, close to the city center. Very nice price. We rented 3 rooms and in one of them there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. Opening windows didn't really help, well not for long. |

cheap, friendly english speaking staff, room was small but clean and comfortable enough, has all necessities in room (kettle, hair dryer etc), free wifi/internet, a little far from train station but if don't mind the walking (about 30 minutes), it's fine, and if not tram to montagne verte station which is less than 10 minutes walk from hotel, short cut to petite france along the river was about 15-20 minutes, nice view along the way though. |

The location was excellent. We biked into Stasbourg along the river. Beautiful. Good parking and wireless internet. Public Transport is very good on the tram. |

The reception person was extremely friendly and helpful. He briefed us about the city attractions and gave very helpful practical information. Free parking and free wifi. The room was nice, clean and well equipped – (e.g. tea making facilities, including courtesy tea and coffee). The hotel is well located – near to a tram station; also one can walks to the city centre (15-20 minutes). |

The bed and pillow were comfortable and the staff members were nice. The room was very small and the wall seems to have a little mold build up at the bottom edge. Also, the room was located next to the elevator and during the night some people wake up us. Overall, it was not that noise of a hotel and the bed was comfortable. Small room but for the value of the money was OK for one night. |

Hotel is near the city centre - short walk along the main river was very romantic, especially in the evening. Staff is helpful. Rooms vere nice, clean and well equipped. No air conditioning. Fortunatelly we had a room with windows bent to the north, so it was tolerable. But I really wouldn't like to taste the one with windows to the south :-) |
