Comfort Hotel Strasbourg - Montagne Verte    

Calm, reception very kind and helpful, clean room, free wifi, transport nearby, breakfast a little expensive but with enough choices.

I've no complains but it is a little hard to find it when arriving for the first time.

the staff is very kind and the breakfast is worth the 9 euro. Really close to the old city (petit france), where you can get also walking through a lovely bike path.

there is not the shower cubicle in the bathroom

Room is rather big, good location of the hotel, not in the downtown but you can go there by feet, it takes just 10-15 min. It has a private parking

The breakfast is very nice, with a good range of products. The hotel is very clean, and located close to the tram, so it's only a short ride to the city centre

The duvets are far too narrow, so whenever I turned over in my sleep I ended up not being under the duvet anymore, and then waking up because I was cold - doesn't make for a restful night's sleep.

All of the staff, but particularly Bertrand, were exceptionally helpful, polite & friendly. Always happy to offer advice on places to see, things to do etc. I can't praise them highly enough. The room, whilst I've stayed in larger hotel rooms, was big enough for me, but more importantly was spotlessly clean. Even though I didn't stay in the room for long enough each day to get it untidy, upon my return each evening it was spotless again.

Nothing really, but if I was to choose something I would say the size of the rooms ...but unless you really insist on a huge room, this is not a big deal.

We used hotel as a travel stop-over. Staff were fantastic. Excellent value for money. Would certainly return.

In a clam nice setting right at exit of high way. Small room but comfortable and clean,There is a walk along the Ill River to the old town.

The breakfast at 12.50 Euro is too much for budget travelers. We could not get internet even after the receptionist reset their network.

We were very impressed with the hotel for the price. This is also a dog friendly hotel close to the river. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel was near the tram, the room was a little small but clean and ok for a weekend.The staff was excellent.

The host is very friendly especially to my daughter. The room is clean and comfortable.Though my room is close to the motorway ,but it is quiet when shut the window. It is convenient to take tram to the city center.

The room is a little bit small. Not in the city center.

Great breakfast (even if not included in room price), cosy room, free parking to leave the car and reach the down town by bus / walk.

I forgot my necklace in the room, I phoned but they didn't do anything to contact the clients already hosted in the room (too difficult to ask when they checked out?) nor the cleaning ladies...disappointed for that!

Good standard room, clean, friendly very helpful staff, central location (2 kms from Petite France - walk by river towpath), soundproofing (from nearby motorway), restaurant main courses enjoyable but not cheap.

Restaurant camembert cold,hard and unpalatable (explained as due to health regulation requirements), fruit salad not at best, both removed from bill in full without question.
