The location and address does not comply with sat nav directions

Conveniently located near the main access to the main roads and city. Free parking, reasonable breakfast at good price, friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean, with fast wifi connection. In spite of being more oriented for business travelers, the location is very convenient for tourists driving a car, because you have fast and easy access to most of the Loire attractions on a 50 km radius.

The location is very far from any point of interest, amidst an industrial/comercial neighborhood. Nearby restaurants are too far for walking (dark empty streets at night), but too close for driving.The address was not recognized by our gps, resulting in more than half an hour driving around the long empty boulevards, a lot of asking, finally solved by the real address on a secondary street. Not the best hotel for tourists, but adequate when you want to have fast access by car to dozens of attractions on the Loire region.

Pleasant and helpfull staff.Quiet area at night availability of public transport,nearby eating places.

Lack of brewing equipment in room, having to ask for extra towel when room booked for two people.

The actual room was clean as regards the shower, toilets, bed linen.

The corridors and foyer were very smelly. The carpets were filthy as were the walls. The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. We were very disappointed, as in July all our family and alot of our extended family stayed for a week in a Comfort Hotel in Springfield, Missouri, usa. Between us we had 6 rooms and everything was great. That was why we chose the Comfort Hotel in Tours but never again.,

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and very good value for money. Buffett breakfast was included in price and was very good.

Lack of tea / coffee facilities in room , although there are facilities in reception .

Close to areas where I needed to go, staff were excellent and very helpful especially with my 21 month old daughters needs.

The front desk staff, especially Laila (outstanding); Marina (very good). Laila was professional, friendly, went out of her way and job description to accommodate my family.

We arrived late and we called ahead. The staff was excellent checking us in at 11 pm. The next morning the new staff on duty were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were perfect for what we needed which was a one night stop over with three kids. I would stay there again.

Very kind hotel staff.
