The staff were very hepful and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed and the location was safe and peaceful. The food was good and the service was first rate. We were staying in the area in order to visit some of our family war grave sites nearby and I am pleased that we chose this hotel as it suited perfectly.

Great breakfast! This is near Mons, Belgium, which was where we wanted to stay, but hotels there were booked up. Initally there was no a/c in the room. Then after a complaint, it was turned on. The next morning I tried to explain to the staff that the air conditioning thermostat was not working, but they didn't seem to understand. It ran full cold and I had to keep getting up at night to turn it off and then back on as needed to cool the room. When we got there the rest of the hotel seemed to be too cold. Later in the evening they had all the doors open to let it warm up.

I am very demanding in terms of cleanliness of the hotel rooms. This was the first time I have found a small hotel so clean. The staff was also very very nice.

Parking & good shower! - thats it The only reason I would recommend this hotel, is that the other hotels in the town appeared to be no better!!! I did not like; 1: hotel restaurant/bar closed Fri & Sun at 1800hrs, 2: despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, cleaning ladies still opened the door in the morning! 3: We were told breakfast was until 1030, when it was actually 10 - & not huge selection then! 4: Small bedroom - bare toileteries (lack quality - bring ur own) 5:expensive dinner 6: Towels like rags!

J'aime les Best Western sauf celui de Belgique près du Shape mais celui où nus sommes allés ce we passé nous y retournerons volontiers et surtout pour la gentillesse du personnel en plus d'être très dévoué.

L'accueil, la propreté et le confort. Personnels très à l'écoute, service irréprochable. Félicitations au personnels. Il ne faut pas être trop chargé en bagages car l'hôtel est de 4 étages sans ascenseur.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix,chambre très bien équipée et literie confortable, décoration moderne et de bon gout. un calme parfait avec le double vitrage. Autre atout, le restaurant intégré de bonne qualité pour un prix "dans la moyenne" en regard de la carte proposé et des buffets. Une bonne adresse à conserver et à communiquer pour un séjour touristique au alentours (Bavay, Forêt de Mormal). La situation de l’hôtel à l'entrée de la ville, qui reflète mal la qualité intérieure.

L'établissement est neuf. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais elles sont confortables, bien équipées (les nombreuses prises électriques sont appréciées) et bien insonorisées. L'accueil est prévenant et efficace. le buffet de petit-déjeuner est particulièrement varié. La situation de l'hôtel, au bord d'un grand axe et dans une zone commerciale, n'est pas adaptée à ceux qui souhaitent visiter à pied la ville (mais le parking est aisé); La chambre dont nous avons disposé était propre mais avait une odeur persistante désagréable.
