Wonderful receptionist who helps guests with professional manner and sincerely. Very much satisfied with this. Not only hotel but also booking.com I must say that warning in advance for ongoing reconstruction of the hotel should have been mentioned in the booking process. |

Central location close to the restaurants, shopping & sightseeing. We were able to park the car and walk to all our sightseeing, shopping and restaurant destinations. The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, we actually drove by it twice before we found it. Elevators were located 1/2 way between floors - so you either had to carry your luggage up or down 1/2 a flight of stairs to get to your room. |

Breakfast was OK. Location was good, just accross the bridge to Vieux Lyon. Our double room was terribly small. The spare floorspace was not adequate and made it very cramped. The hotel entrance is on a dingy backstreet with night clubs. I wont be booking it on my next visit to Lyon. |

Lyon is a perfect break in case of travelling to South-France. It has a beautyfull and relaxed centre with lots of restaurants and shops. Everything is in walking distance. Go for a walk also in te evening. The hotel has an excelent location, breakfast and service. Airconditioning is available. Good public parking (garage Saint-Antoine is 50m away.) We would come again. The hotel is rather simple and it is in a small street, next to the bouleward. It can be noisy considering the night life of the area- (when people and cars are passing only).Parking fee is 25 Euro/day (it is a pitty that parking with special gasts discounts can not be booked in advance) |

We stayed in an apartment (5 people). Two separate bedrooms (ideal). Enjoyed being so close to river and great shopping! Very comfortable - we enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. |

The best western was in a great location, it was clean and being refurbished to a modern and nice standard. The staff were excellent and offered good choices for evening meals. The shower was very modern and looked good though leaked all over the bathroom but this would not stop me from not visiting.. |

The room was quaint, but provided enough space. Things were left behind in the kitchen and bathroom area, such as old sponges and cleaning supplies so it felt as if we were occupying someone else's space. |

Location was good. So was breakfast. Location was extremely noisy due to resaturant and disco a few doors down on a very narrow street; there were frequent 5:00 am wake-ups. Staff were overall not helpful. Example: Promised to reserve a taxi to the airport and had not done so; luckily my mother got up early to confirm the taxi and discovered the error. Staff really did not care much about the guests, particularly the man at the desk. |

The hotel was in an escellent location in the downtown. Breakfast was a bit poor. Showers without a courtain looked very modern but you make a flooding in the bathroom every time you take a shower. |

Excellent location, huge spaces (apartment, not a room), perfectly equipped (kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc.), recently renovated, furniture looks new. Isolated from the rest of the hotel. The apartment is in a different building than the hotel itself. While the apartment is perfect, the building itself deserves some renovation. |

Nice room, comfortable bed, helpful staff As with many hotels subdued light in bedroom is a minus. An option for brighter light to use for work or for putting on make up would be a benefit. |

Excellent location. Friendly staff who spoke English (lucky us). Especially appreciated being able to make a cup of tea. Comfortable bed. Great value. Recently renovated bathroom but still the usual problem. Shower water goes everywhere as there's no proper screen. |
