I thought the bed was small for a double and it looked a little shabby. Slightly noisier than I hoped.

Our hosts were very welcoming and charming, and helpful in directions to places to eat. We had just a simple overnight stop to break a long journey and the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Everything worked out absolutely fine for us - no negatives.

Wonderful smaller hotel in the heart of Beaulieu-sur-mer for easy walking around town to restaurants and shops and also easy transportation to nearby towns along the coast.

Location is very good as the Train station is 2 mins walk away. A few cafes nearby as well and a food market that was rammed.

1st floor = noisy outside on the street. Strange step up in my room in the corner which just invited a fall if a bottle of rose in me.

Affordable, clean and quote modern this is a great budget stay hotel with friendly staff in a good central location. Rooms are air conditioned which is absolutely essential and quite modern and en suites have a walk-in shower which is very nice.

It suited our situation of waiting for clients.

We were promised Parking but waited over an hour on the street to find an street park that wasn't an unloading bay.

I loved my balcony! So pleasant to be able to sit outside. The staff were helpful; I felt really comfortable.Extra things were offered - a kettle for instance.I wished I had stayed longer.

We enoyed the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and found it to be efficiently run. It was all we had expected it to be from our previous visit and if anything had improved. We would use the hotel again if we were to visit Beaulieu. Thank you for making our short stay so enjoyable.

Excellent booking service, very friendly welcome from reception, requests for air-con and wifi were satisfactory, the breakfast was very good value with wide choice of continental food, served over a good time interval. Acces to rooms was excellent throughout the day, and rooms and bathroom were cleaned and tidied with fresh towels where necessary.

small room , no fridge , no tea making facility , old brown carpet , dirty air con. no fan in bathroom, night receptionist was unable to put a telephone call through to me I moved out of this hotel in to the HOTEL FRISIA which I would highly recomend.

Our stay in Hotel Comte De Nice was made very pleasant by the extremely friendly staff especially Natalie who helped us with everything, from questions about the locale up to opening our wine bottle. The hotel is located in a very quiet part of the French Riviera, and is mid-way from Monaco to Nice city center, which makes for a nice short drive to either destination. Hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, and our room came with a small but cozy balcony with a view of the ocean.

The elevator was pretty claustrophobic, and the automatically shutting corridor lights can be a hassle at night.

I was very happy with this hotel it was perfect for me! It was quiet and relaxing a great place to stay to move all around the Riviera. Very short train ride to Nice and Monaco and Menton. I couldn't have been happier. Breakfast was really good too.

Nothing I saw so many complaints about stuff and I think they are all crazy! It was great.

5 minute walk from station in centre of town. Easy walk down to the marina which has a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was generous and good value at 10€. Rooms at rear on floors 3 and 4 offer balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Very friendly staff including chamber maids, one of the very few places in recent years where I have left a tip for bchamber maids.

Lift a bit old and small no downstairs sitting area and no tea/ coffee making facilities.

Clean and confortable rooms; very good continental breakfast

The reception close at 10.30 P.M. and the garage at 10.00 P.M., so it is impossible to use the car to go out for dinner and and to come back in the evening parking the car in the garage.

The hotel and staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The air con wasn't switched on when we visited at the beginning of May. Its not on all year round. The private parking is not very convenient, due to the fact that a member of the hotel staff have to let you in and out of the garage.
