The central position. The staff were lovely. The room (single) was very small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, if a little monotonous.

A hotel bar would have been great.

We stayed on one of their t2 appartements, cause we were travelling with a dog. The staff is friendly and they speak lots of languages! The room was big, and comfortable enough, and the bathroom was clean. It is just 100 mts from the Tram line, and very close to the train station. It is close to restaurants, stores, and shopping malls, and to get to the beach is a 20 mins walk, which is easy to do

We didn't have much of a window, cause we were alocated on the last floor. It would be nice, if they could provide a bit of dish washer and dish towels for the kitchenette. We stayed on a hotel in marseille, and they did provide those things. Overal a good place

Very friendly place, staff very helpful. On arrival we were offered a choice of room. Bed clean and comfortable.

Drains in the bathroom smelled a bit sometimes. No kettle in room (although a couple were available from reception, for a refundable deposit and small additional daily charge). Carpets have seen better days.

It had parking

The hotel is very well organized. Information Folder in 6 languages ​​(not Scandinavian). It is centrally located a few minutes walk from the main street of Nice and about 10-minutes walk from Gare de Nice. Breakfast is quite okay. Reception staff appear friendly and very service minded. Cleaning absolute okay. An excellent choice at a reasonable price.

Very narrow entry/exit from parking. When I go out from parking I scratch my car :(, but I was warned about narrow entry and this is my carelessness.

The location is perfect: close to SNCF Nice Ville, Av Malausséna and no noise of traffic. When you arrive, you can choose between two rooms. Good breakfast: buffet with croissants, baguettes, cereals, yaourt etc. It is clean.

It looks rather old, I think it needs some paint.

1)View from window - on the car parking and construction 2)little room 3)ventilator instead of air conditioning 4)in the morning we found our bags with food full of ANTS. And the hotel staff told us that ants are because of little garden over our number. They KNOWS that in our room may be ants and gave us this number. Very BAD. No compensation of spoiled by ants food was proposed.

The beds

Parking is very small. Better use the public parking nearby.

The hotel is close to the tram station. The price was good.

The wifi only worked in the lobby. The signal was not stable in the room.

The staff was very professional and very friendly,always ready to help even when they were busy.My bedroom was spotless,my towels changed every day and the bathroom cleaned. The day the lift stopped working it got repaired the same day what I found really good!

No air conditioning was the worst thing but there was a big fan in my bedroom so I can't complain.

The hotel is very well located related to city centre, beaches, shopping area, transportation means (tram station, direct bus to airport, central train station). Our room was facing the street, so it was a little bit noisy, but still we could rest properly after midnight.

The maid was overwhelmed with her tasks.

No air conditioner in the room: too hot for the summer stay. Wifi only on the first floor at the reception.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch, ist hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und professionell. Mir gefällt die familiäre Atmosphäre! WIFI: problemlos verfügbar. Die Dachterrasse zur Suite ist ein Traum!
