Muy buena ubicacion, habitacion bien equipada, buena relacion calidad precio. la limpieza y el cambio de toalla diario lo cobran aparte eso no me gusto, sin embargo la pasamos muy bien, esta muy bien ubicado. |

La localización, es muy dificil de encontrar. Lo mejor es entrar por Rue Gambetta. Al llegar me dijeron que incluso la gente que viene con GPS les cuesta. |

Liked this hotel so much last year we came back again. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. It is right beside the tram line which is a bonus if you don't want to walk and pretty close to the beach. The main shopping street is right at the end of the road with plenty of shops to browse around. There is also a supermaket right around the corner which was handy for us as we were staying in a studio. Would definately recommend this place for both value of money and comfort. |

There's a tab in a bathroom.(they say all room has a bathtab) Seems no air condishoner in the room as there's a fan, so it's might be hot in summer. |

Our attic studio was lovely. Was good to be able to cook for ourselves. Location was pefect for the trams. No fan for room, no washing up liquid or tea towels for washing up - used the hand towel as a tea towel. Not the sort of things you carry while you are travelling. |

It was nice we could choose the room and we picked one with a terrace. The hotel is near a tram station so it was easy to get to downtown. There's also a public parking lot just by the hotel wich is free by night (but have no video surveillance). The bathroom on my room was connect to the next door bathroom by an air exhaustion tube. That was kind of anoying since we could hear (and smell!) everything from the bathroom next door. |

Multilingual abilities of staff. Hotel relatively convenient to pedestrianised part of town and train station. Being given a choice of 2 rooms on arrival on each occasion we stayed there - nice touch. A locked room in which to store our luggage on the day we checked out. Also liked their choice of soap! Liked the option of not having breakfast for a lower rate. Although basic, we would stay there again. Good as a stop over. Noise from adjacent car park the first night we stayed there (1st floor). My partner is 6 foot 4 and the room was too small for him. The second time we stayed there we were given a choice of a larger room which was to our satisfaction (5th floor). |

The staff was superb, fluent in many languages and helpful with maps and travel tips. I did not know a room could be so small. It's fine, but I had to shuffle around my door in the bathroom to close it. They should get AC in all rooms. |

Hotel is quite close to town but still quiet enough, I used underground parking for motorcycle, very safe! Really good market for fresh fruit across street and supermarkets close by for budget travelling. Pity all rooms dont have air conditioning as this part of France gets very hot. In all fairness though it had a fan and was cheap for Nice! |

The hotel is so convenient for exploring the city - the Liberation tram stop is practically outside the front door. It is within easy walking distance of the main train station, so we used it as a base from which we could explore the neighbouring towns and villages. We stayed in a studio-style room, so we had a small and basically-equipped kitchenette with a very useful refrigerator. The staff are all very helpful and utterly lovely. We were in a studio-style room on the top floor of the building, and the air conditioning was completely inadequate for the August heat - the temperature in the room reached 30 degrees C at one point. (This seemed to only be a problem on the top floor, as we checked out a room directly below us which was much cooler - the next time I would request a room on the lower floors.) The shower would have been one of the best showers in the world had it not been a hand-held variety - if it had been fixed to the wall it would have been great. It was also difficult to make coffee in the morning as there was no kettle to boil water, so we had to use a saucepan upon which I burned my fingers as there were no potholder! |

Nice staff, good location to city centre and main train station, perfect breakfast. Valued for money I recommend to everybody. The bathroom was a bit higher level than the room and the bathroom had no doorsill and sinker on the ground and unfortunatelly after a shower the half of the room was under water...:) |

The location was great. It was very conveniently located with an easy access to light rail, car park, and a supermarket. The facilities need renovation. We stayed at the apart section of the hotel, which the hotel charged extra for cleaning, bad sheets and towels etc. |

I liked that the hotel was situated in the centre, 15 minutes walk from the beach, nearby there was market every day selling fruits and vegetables. There was no air conditioner, only a fan. So if the window was left open for the night in hope of getting some fresh cooler air during night, it was quite noisy. |
