First Class, I did all that it said it would and very well.

Difficulty in finding it but its central location helped

Very welcoming staff, and a good breakfast buffet. Very centrally located and free parking space for bicycles (Canal du Midi). Large bathroom in excellent condition.

No elevator - in case you have heavy luggage.

The owner was charming and made us very welcome

The bedroom was a bit small and smelt of stale tobacco.

Clean, simple, central, Not far from beach.

Breakfasts could have more variety.

Noisy night club

This 2 Star hotel is very good value, the staff are highly efficient and helpful and they provide a very good continental breakfast with yummy croissants!

Great staff, great breakfast and a brilliant location!

The food served at breakfast was fresh. They also made it easy for me to check in as I didn't have money to pay for my room right away when I arrived. The receptionist lent me an adapter when they didn't have to and they also help me find the things I wanted to do in the city.

A charming hotel, staff speak good English. Recently redone bathroom, very nice. Short walk to town centre. Value for money, with comfortable beds and good space.

Narrow staircase a bit difficult to navigate with bags. Streets were a bit rowdy near the town centre. Shower was broken and had to be handheld.

We were made very welcome and were given secure storage for our bicycles while there. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city centre, the old town and the gardens. It was a one night stopover for us but could have been a base for further sightseeing.

Helpful staff, good location

The Hotel Concorde is in a delightful Art Deco building, just off the main road and offers good value for money, in clean, spacious and quiet accommodation. The front desk staff were helpful and accomodating.

Could only check in after 6pm, although we arrived in early afternoon. We had however been notified of this condition in the booking terms.

Perfectly good 2-star hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean (no unpleasant smells at all, as reported in a couple of reviews) and a good size with a very large, comfortable double bed. Breakfast was good. The hotel itself is well-sited for viewing the old town, where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from (Le P'tit Semard is a little gem). Excellent hotel for a short stay.

The hotel has no lift - not a problem for us, but might be for some.

Staff were friendly. Room was big. Good location.

Some of the decor could do with some updating. The bathroom smelled slightly like a urinal - had to block the bottom of the door with a towel to stop smell coming through. On third night there was an odd odor in the main room too.

The receptionists were extremely helpful. The room was basic but clean and the bathroom had been refurbished

We arrived at the Hotel, having booked in advance, at about 1430 on Sunday afternoon to find a notice on the door that reception would not open until 1830 so had to find somewhere to spend the interim period with our luggage.

Personnel très accueillant et très sympa. Très bien situé (au coeur de la ville), sans que ce soit bruyant. Bon rapport Q/P

Pas facile de se garer (il y a un garage, mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé). L'aspect extérieur un peu désuet

la gentillesse du persoonnel, la propreté des locaux, le calme, la variété au petit déjeuner

je regrette qu'on ne m'ait pas précisé que je pouvais bénéficier de points fidélité (2 nuits pour 2 personnes), d'autant plus que je serais amenée à revenir, ma fille résidant à Béziers... peut-être n'est-il pastrop tard ?

la habitación estaba helada, no había radiador en el baño, un sólo enchufe en toda la habitación, baño incluido... totalmente desaconsejable....por 60 euros la noche estuvimos mucho mejor en un hotel similar en Narbonne....
