Excellant Location,Friendly staff.I Liked the security measures in place for access to and use of the elevators. Lack of Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. |

All the time problems with check in, People in reception are very unfriendly and lie.. I made reservation by booking.com and man in reception told me there is no free rooms, there is really not ok. |

I did like the view which was marvels on the 25th floor straight-ahead to the Evil tower; also the beds were very comfy and tidy. What is more, the internet access was very handy. The menu was a over priced. And the beds were very closed to each other. |

Location, concierge and room services. We arrived late at 1am and the (double) room for us was not ready and uncleaned and we had to wait another 30mins to change to another twin room and it remained twin until the last day we went out though we did ask to make it back to double as booked. |

Friendly helpful staff, clean, the best view I have ever had in a hotel in Paris and very central for sightseeing. Bedroom was a little old fashioned. |

This hotel is well situated just off of the famous Champs Elyssee. it is connectd to a shopping concourse which has a grocery store, bakery and pharmacy. it is well kept the beds were comfortable and spacious the shower could have been better cleaned. there was a little traces of mildew in the bathtub area. the shower curtain someitmes would cling. my prefernce is a curved shower rod to avoid this. |

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the view is pleasant, the staff is helpful and having the Palais des Congres right there makes it easy for last minute shopping or simply for spending time. No, i always go to Concorde Lafayette hotel because i feel comfortable there. |

I arrived to discover that I had been picked as resident of the day which allowed me club facilities which was unexpected and pleasing.Unfortunately my schedule didn't allow me to use these facilities [welcome drink etc] but I did enjoy the easy checkout from floor 30 and the nice cups of coffee I had before i left as well as the super views of Etower and Ade t from the room on floor 32. I would love to use your hotel again but doubt that i could afford some of the luxuries such as the drinks that I missed on my upgrade |
