Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile (ex Concorde Lafayette)    

When we arrived at the hotel early for check in, we were able to leave our bags. When we went back later on to check in we were given an Eiffel Tower view room which was amazing! Great location, metro station underneath the hotel which was the central line. Lovely little supermarket underneath too. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the manager even showed us to our room and the bags were bought up for us also.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, this wasn't however a massive issue.

Location was excellent, public areas were clean and impressive. Bar on the 34th floor was stunning.

Rooms were shabby especially for a 4 star hotel. showers alternated between freezing & boiling hot, wifi was weak and slow at times. Bar on the 34th floor was overpriced with exceptionally rude staff.

Perfect location with stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has internal access to the metro and train station.

Rooms are too small and drinks in mini bar are too expensive.

it is difficult to catch a taxi in front of the hotel and was not easy to get assistance from doorman.

The staff were nice and mostly helpful. View of the iefel tower was nice. Good location for walking to land marks.

The Price of $400 a night for was way out of line for a room that was like a 50 year old motel room on route 66. Could not charge any thing to room.

This is the tallest non business people on the Westerns side of Paris. There is a shopping plaza and a subway station. Internet was both wireless and wired in the room at no extra fee. The staff was superb. No question. Also there are options as to food in this shopping complex, a pharmacy, atm, and an Air France bus station to Charles de Gaulle just outside the door.

Very expensive food and drink and the Internet speed was not high speed.

Location, location, location. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe. Great view of Paris from sky lounge.

There is Airport shuttle bus near the hotel and just 2 mins walk to the Metro. We got the room can see the Eiffel Tower. The room is not big but clean and comfortable, we enjoy the time in Lafayette.

The hotel is stunning inside. The staff all have excellent English and are very helpful but it's the location that makes the hotel so great walk or take the Metro the perfect place to explore Paris from.

The restaurant food was disappointing and the prices of the drinks in the skyview bar were staggering, still worth a visit for the views but defiantly only for 1 drink

Location was brilliant eveythinv was close by.

Overpriced. I stayed with my girlfriend for 2 nights and payed almost 400.euro. Room was tiny it was 2 single beds pushed together. And shower was in the bath with a curtain.

The WIFI in our room on the 22.nd floor was very unstable, we spent a lot of time trying to log in. Furthermore, the behaviour of one male receptionist was unacceptable: On arrival we payed for 4 nights in a room including breakfast (as booked). The next morning we found that we had not been given (the required) breakfast ticket.Contacting the above mentioned person in the reception we were told that we had a room without breakfast, and that we had to document otherwise. Fortunately I had a copy of the the booking in our room. After having fetched that he accepted that we had booked with breakfast. Why couldn't he deduce that from the amount we had payed? Worse, he didn't even apologize. He ought to be reprimanded.

The best thing about this hotel is the underground station tube linked to hotel , it makes our journey to city easy and comfort during shopping and rainy weather It's a unique advantage to this hotel

The rooms are small comparing to other hotel with same prices , the furniture are old and back to nineties The lighting on floors courrydoors are very full and depressing This is applicable on some floors only , some are very modern and cheerful

The only thing I can say good about this hotel is its location

Very old hotel, very very poor service, very very uncomfortable beds, no room service menu at the rooms, they want you to pay 15 euros for the fitness center but none of the machines work and not even plugged to the electricity, I paid 190 euros for one room there are much much better hotels for that price with even a better location..

We stayed here to celebrate our engagement, but the queens sized bed we requested was two twin beds pushed together with separate mattress and duvet covers. As you can imagine this was not very comfortable for two people sharing. We asked to change rooms at reception but nothing was done about it.

Location is near by a lot of restaurants , the tower view was amazing .

Staff never smiles and does not show the warmth of hospitality , just doing their jobs ! U have to pay 5 euros to get some ice ! Room serves menue is too poor . My room had a queen size bed with 2 single blankets what the heck !

The room service and concierge promised to solve the problems in the room. Nothing happen for 4 days until my departure.

I paid €500 for 2 nights for what they called a supperior room with Queen beds ! The room was very small and had 2 single beds pushed together and even had seperate duvets

The staff at reception was very hard in behaviour. The girl at reception named claudia was so ill mannered that she does hv good courtsy to talk to people of our age 60 yrs. It was given into the notice of manager at duty she also understood and promised to take action against her. Rajesh Chadha and kulbir singh pahwa with their spouses.

No drinking water was provided in the room
