The view from the room was superb, the concierge and bell captain teams were helpful in sorting out my problems and the location was ideal from a business perspective lack of helpfulness from reception staff when checking in, poor room service (certainly not value in any sense) and the room was in dire need of refurbishment. |

All the time problems with check in, People in reception are very unfriendly and lie.. I made reservation by booking.com and man in reception told me there is no free rooms, there is really not ok. |

I did like the view which was marvels on the 25th floor straight-ahead to the Evil tower; also the beds were very comfy and tidy. What is more, the internet access was very handy. The menu was a over priced. And the beds were very closed to each other. |

Location, concierge and room services. We arrived late at 1am and the (double) room for us was not ready and uncleaned and we had to wait another 30mins to change to another twin room and it remained twin until the last day we went out though we did ask to make it back to double as booked. |

This hotel is well situated just off of the famous Champs Elyssee. it is connectd to a shopping concourse which has a grocery store, bakery and pharmacy. it is well kept the beds were comfortable and spacious the shower could have been better cleaned. there was a little traces of mildew in the bathtub area. the shower curtain someitmes would cling. my prefernce is a curved shower rod to avoid this. |
