The hotel is centrally located and made it easy to get around.

The room was very small and the carpets needed attention. We were
disappointed as we expected more from a 4 star hotel.

I especially liked the concierge service. I needed to use the concierge to order some funeral flowers for a friend and the concierge took care of it, as well as some other things we needed.

I wish they had restrooms on the ground floor for the hotel guests. I have a mobility problem and it was a nuisance to climb stairs to get to the public restroom. Also the ground floor restaurant's food was not all that good and the prices for all the bar service is exorbitant.

The view was exceptional

The air conditioning was not very good and the decor was of the room was a little tired.

Toilet got stuck after few hours of arrival,it took them 24hours to come
and fix it, another 24 hours to clean th room!!!!!! Service is
aweful!!!!!!!
