Podobał mi się widok z okien baru na 33 piętrze Niepodobało mi się to że w czasie rezerwacji była mowa o panoramie z pokoju niestety widok z okien pokoju był odmienny od obiecanego |

Przede wszytskim lokalizacja - samo centrum tuz przy początku Grande Armee Brudno nawet bardzo brudno, niekompetentna obsługa, nie umiejąca wystawić poprawnie faktury (straciłem na to ponad godzinę) po wykupieniu śniadania brak informacji o tym w systemie hotelu, niepotrzebne nerwy - ogólnie jednym słowem dramat za duże pieniądze |

Excellant Location,Friendly staff.I Liked the security measures in place for access to and use of the elevators. Lack of Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. |

All the time problems with check in, People in reception are very unfriendly and lie.. I made reservation by booking.com and man in reception told me there is no free rooms, there is really not ok. |

I did like the view which was marvels on the 25th floor straight-ahead to the Evil tower; also the beds were very comfy and tidy. What is more, the internet access was very handy. The menu was a over priced. And the beds were very closed to each other. |

Location, concierge and room services. We arrived late at 1am and the (double) room for us was not ready and uncleaned and we had to wait another 30mins to change to another twin room and it remained twin until the last day we went out though we did ask to make it back to double as booked. |

Friendly helpful staff, clean, the best view I have ever had in a hotel in Paris and very central for sightseeing. Bedroom was a little old fashioned. |

This hotel is well situated just off of the famous Champs Elyssee. it is connectd to a shopping concourse which has a grocery store, bakery and pharmacy. it is well kept the beds were comfortable and spacious the shower could have been better cleaned. there was a little traces of mildew in the bathtub area. the shower curtain someitmes would cling. my prefernce is a curved shower rod to avoid this. |

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the view is pleasant, the staff is helpful and having the Palais des Congres right there makes it easy for last minute shopping or simply for spending time. No, i always go to Concorde Lafayette hotel because i feel comfortable there. |
