We stayed in Paris on the weekend of our 20th wedding anniversary. We had an exceptional time, which was made even better by staying at this hotel. The interior decoration was superb, the service good and the food enjoyable. The meals were well worth the price, but 21 Euros for a pot of tea in the room was a bit over the top! |

A wonderful hotel with excellent décor and service. Can’t help to notice that 'credit crisis' had its toll on the 5 star rating with considerable savings on the single room pricing. Real value for money on last minute offers Combine ‘credit crunch’ and what strikes you as the average national attitute (sorry but true); a large portion of the city has become a heaven for hustlers and swindlers who practically demand their right given loot from every foreign visitor. From the airport to the underground, even at the magnificent landmarks or expensive boutiques, you are liable to deceit, to say the least. |

Great location for a shopping trip to Paris.Hotel bedroom was an adaquate size , warm and very clean.Staff friendly and helpfull. Bar and Restaurent in the hotel were expensive.None of the quests seemed to use these facilities and this part of the hotel lacked atmosphere.Carpet at front door is badly worn and needs changed. |

The location was exceptional and easy to get around the city. The staff were so helpful in accommodating any needs and queries. No spa facilities. |

The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff was excellent, as was the general ambiance of the hotel. Both he bar and restaurant 9Cafe terminus) were very expensive (i.e. 12 Euros for a large beer) |

We was stay there in 2 time, and we was been disappointed in room and services, staff was rude and didn't competent, room was small and displays is not like deluxe room, bathroom is small too. We was there 2 times and for first it was good, but now ... we don't recommend to stay there. Management of company should choose the hotel staff more better. People shouldn't wait 1-2 hour for them room and staff don't confuse people with that, also for service. |

staff were helpful and freindly , the doorman , concierge , recetion a duty manager went ou tof their way to ensure a pleasant stay. we took a limo from aamerican limos to the hotel and was met by the doorman who was freindly , the concierge took care of our dinner reservations and airport transportation. reception upgraded us to a deluxe and duty mamnager sent up a bottle of champagne everything was perfect we will stay again and again. |

Location and the reception people were great. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Paris which is normally 5 to 6 times a year,however for the first time the room and specifically the bathroom was not clean at all.Also the red carpet at the main lobby was extremely dirty. |

Prima hotel in hartje Parijs, ligging is uitstekend. Station en metro om de hoek, veel op loopafstand te bereiken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel waaronder een alleswetende en altijd behulpzame portier. Voorzieningen niet helemaal up-to-date maar comfortabel genoeg voor een kort verblijf. Prijs/kwaliteit is zoek maar dat geldt voor vrijwel alle hotels in Parijs. |

zeer vriendelijk en uiterst beleefd personeel. ruime kamer, junior suite, welke uiterst proper en steeds elke dag zeker naar behoren onderhouden werd. Aangenaam en luxueus hotel waar men zeker geen nummer is. Persoonlijk en zeer vriendelijk onthaal zowel aan de balie als bij aankomst voor wat betreft de koffers. Wie hier klachten heeft is duidelijk niet gewoon om in Parijs te verblijven !!! de airco werkte onvoldoende, maar de zeer rustige kamer liet toe om s' nachts met de ramen open te slapen en er was totaal geen gerucht te horen. Voor de rest geen enkel probleem, totaal niet !!! |
