i like the size of the room also the hotel in a very outstanding location enable u to use many public transportation i like 2 come again 2 the same hotel

house keeping staff does not clean the window glass and sometimes they forget to close curtains by night

The decoration of the hotel and the room, and the location is very convienent.

The bell boys are not very professional. They ask for tips after putting down our luggages in our room (Yes, they put their right hand in front of us and ask for tips!!!!)

Combine ‘credit crunch’ and what strikes you as the average national attitute (sorry but true); a large portion of the city has become a heaven for hustlers and swindlers who practically demand their right given loot from every foreign visitor. From the airport to the underground, even at the magnificent landmarks or expensive boutiques, you are liable to deceit, to say the least.

We was stay there in 2 time, and we was been disappointed in room and services, staff was rude and didn't competent, room was small and displays is not like deluxe room, bathroom is small too. We was there 2 times and for first it was good, but now ... we don't recommend to stay there.

Management of company should choose the hotel staff more better. People shouldn't wait 1-2 hour for them room and staff don't confuse people with that, also for service.

hotel rooms are relatively wide. Internet connection in good.

Breakfast is less value for its price.

staff were helpful and freindly , the doorman , concierge , recetion a duty manager went ou tof their way to ensure a pleasant stay. we took a limo from aamerican limos to the hotel and was met by the doorman who was freindly , the concierge took care of our dinner reservations and airport transportation. reception upgraded us to a deluxe and duty mamnager sent up a bottle of champagne

everything was perfect we will stay again and again.
