The appartments are very centrally located, nearby the Avenue the Champagne with the well known champagnehouses.

There are no facilities in the room (no drinking glasses, no cutlery, no dishes).

Outside the centre of town so need a taxi for around 14 euros if you want to visit the centre For us was close to the Champagne House Maison Lenique so a very convenient place to stay Rooms are set up for self catering so need to take your own equipment if you are intending to cook. Does a continental breakfast which was good although coffee in the machine was surprisingly poor for french standards

The price, 55 euros for a night was not really expensive.

Bad, very poor, cheap and dirty. Not downtown and expensive for the services/facilities.

The only downside is the location of how far out of the main town it is. The town isn't big at all and this needs a bus to get to main centre

The young people who seem to run the hotel were very friendly and attentive. Free WiFi and free parking. Easy to find, but don't forget to drive to the leftmost building first for check-in. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, even at 9h15. Coffee and tea in the room. A small bath.

The room smelt of sigarettes. Probably the previous occupant didn't care about the smoking prohibition. A small kitchen but not even a plate or a cup for tea. Small bed, I think only 1.40m.

A great location directly in the Champagne area of Epernay. Big parking in front of the hotel and quiet rooms.

At the reception there where 4 employees during my check in. The 3 people who where not checking me in where talking loudly and laughing. It does not give me a pleasant welcome and from my point of view it is totally inappropriate!! Also the bar at the reception is badly designed and the did not even serve Champagne or wine?!?!?!?!? (In France)

Lack of wifi always dropping out having to bother reception for new login for the wifi. No telephones to reach family members who also stayed at comfort suits.

Staff were very good. Room had coffee/ tea making facilities and a fridge. Good value for money.

Drive into hotel was hugely pitted and holed. The pavement was also unfinished. Curb to car park was very high (about 4 cms!), which is quite high for our car. 3 main buildings with no clear indication where reception was - it was the last one and we saw many others make the same mistake. Kitchenette in the room, but no equipment. The shower was not usable as the shower pipe wasn't long enough (at least a metre short) and there wasn't enough hot water for a bath in the evenings.

Clean, comfortable. The accommodation is on two floors - living/dining area and bedroom upstairs, My mother had hurt her leg during the holiday and couldn't climb the stairs to the bedroom. The young man on reception was very accommodating and found her a suite with a downstairs bedroom.

- Free WiFi - free parking - duplex room loved by our kids - kitchinette in room (however no kitchen- nor silverware avalable) - quie, but secluded area - some discount food stores nearby

- Sofa bed in duplex room (for a 4 person) of poor quality. Thin matress. No pillow, nor blancket but friendly staff provided upon request. - breakfast choice is good for 9€/p - however young kids pay same rice as adults. Breakfeast room was not cosy and there was a bad smell. - thin inner walls don't mute noise - our room was in front of a fire door which had to be closed by regulations: it was a swinging door equiped with strong springs to reclose after each passage. The noise of the closing doors was hard and propagated into the rooms...particularly disturbing as in middle of the night some drunken party animals entered.

Good location for visiting all of the champagne houses in Epernay. We had a car which made travel around the area a lot easier and the hotel provided free parking which was a bonus. The room was very clean and had a nice feel to it. It was very quiet at night

We booked the room as it had a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, and hotplates) but as other people have previously said there was absolutely nothing to cook or eat with. It was just weird. We ended up buying plates and a frypan from the supermarket. Also our wifi didn't work. However, our stay was very comfortable despite these and I would recommend this hotel

I was initially dismayed that the Comfort Suites were outside of the center of town, but I discovered a large parking lot in the center that was reasonable for the day. So all was well. The room was comfortable, the staff agreeable and it was a pleasure to return each evening and not have to search for parking.

Great value for price. Good location, suprisingly very easy to find, comparing to previous reviews. Very tidy, quiet, big parking just in front.

The in/out road needs urgent fixing lots of potholes. Laid out a bit like a hospital with very loud swinging fire doors to get to your rooms.

Huge room - we booked the double and were put in the duplex apartment. Good tea making facilities. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Cooking facilities available but no utensils and pans provided.

Missing one curtain so couldn't block out the light. Fridge was a bit smelly.

Prima hotel, prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ontbijt was perfect!
