It was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. They were happy to tell us were to go and what to do. The rooms were spacious and pleasant.

The hotel was a little far out of town. Despite the rooms having kitchens they were not stocked with pans, plates, cuttley, cups etc which was rather useless. The rooms had lovely large windows but extremely dangerous for children as there were no safety locks.

Very clean good sized rooms for a traveling break. This is more of an apartment than a hotel room. I found the staff very helpful, showed me the room before I booked in so I knew what I was getting. They also gave some recommendations for dinner locally.

There is no kitchen equipment at all. If you have been camping make sure The kitchen equipment is accessible. Fairly expensive but that is probably the region.

    Nice view of the vinyards

Breaksfast isn't worth 10 euros and they tried to lock us out of the breakfast room before the 10 am deadline. Go to a cafe instead.

The hotel has plenty of parking and the rooms are spacious. Pay for breakfast as it's a good spread.

The hotel name has changed to Comfort suites so the GPS didn't find it easily. The wifi didn't work well at all so it was a real problem.

    The location was good.

It looks good on the outside, but when you get in its another story. Not really a hotel. Somewhere to sleep! It is an apartment hotel, but there was 1 cup, 2 forks, 1 bowl in a 4 person room! The management need to go to Ikea. We turned up and were told there was no booking, however I had a confirmation from Booking.com He puffed and moaned and found me a room, however then found the original booking. Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely no. It is the only hotel/apartment that whilst travelling for 1 year in Europe with my family that I would not recommend.

Clean and comfortable rooms, a good base to have in Epernay. A 10-15 minutes walk to town centre.

Budget hotel, very clean but brilliant staff. Girl on reception could not have been more helpful.

A bit of a walk in to town - 1.5 miles.

The view out the window towards the hills of Champagne was great. Free, secure parking. The space inside the room. The building was quite sticking from the outside.

Decor was a bit dated and tired. The shower not being at head height was awkward.

In a new development with unfinished roads and gardens. No proper shower and shower head broken.

Because it's in the edge of the town the parking was secure and plentiful. Good value champagne for sale in the reception area, good wifi and comfortable room. Helpful staff.

Lots of construction around but guess this is short term.

building looks nice from outside; friendly staff

the word "suite" is a bit misleading; asked for one double bed but got two single beds; quite a walk (~30 minutes) from city center

    Not much. Fair value.

Wi-Fi performance awful - kept crashing after every few minutes. Poor air circulation in the two-level room, making the upper level uncomfortably warm. Opted out of the 10 Euro breakfast offer because the food didn't look appetizing at all.

The breakfast was quite generous. It is ok to stay for one night at most and only if you are travelling on low budget and cannot find anything better nearby.

It is difficult to find this hotel as they only give you a street name and no number; when called the guy explained how to get there but it was really difficult as the hotel is behind flat houses inside the common garden. The entrance hall was full of smoke and horrible smell (it seemed that people are allowed to smoke inside). The room did not look clean and the bathroom tubes were covered in thick dust. The hotel advertised "WIFI offer" all over the facility, yet it didn't work. The staff said that there was a problem with Wifi and they were trying to fix it; however, there was not wifi next day either... We asked for an advise for nearby restaurants (that we couldn't check because there was no Internet), but the receptionist ignored us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet.

The distance from the city centre was by no means a 15min walk - more like 30minutes and not so pretty. The rooms had nothing - no coffee making facilites, no cups, no plates etc though there was an empty kitchen. It felt like we were in an army barrack and not a hotel. The breakfast was a disaster - not enough tables and chairs for people staying at the hotel and line out the door of the breakfast room. It was not expensive - so I guess we got what we paid for...
