There is a Tratm station in front of the hotel which find to be very convenience. Unacceptable & Bad practice!!! After check-in and already paid for the room + parking fee. The hotel staff required to take information on the visa card number + code (3 digit on the back of card) as deposit and written down on the paper. Hotel manager said it is for the security of hotel but actually it has violated the confidentiality of customer. Check out time is 10:00 (too early). On the day of my check out, there is on going renovation work on 3rd floor and they have started to make noise since 9:00. Overall, this hotel does everything for the benefit of hotel and does not pay any respect to customer. |

The room /suite was great value for the money we paid. Tram access to the city centre was very good. The residence is extremely difficult to find and the underground car park almost impossible to get into with a car bigger that a two-door runaround. Because of this I would not go back there even if someone else was driving! |

Not a well indicated hotel, hence I walked initially too far past the location. Exit the tram nr 1 towards Odysseum at Moulares and the hotel is on the first corner facing the river........... The young chap at reception was particularly helpful (even when checking in before 5pm),, efficient and correct with details for WiFi (which worked in the allocated room). The reception area tidy and lifts to all floors. The room itself was about 20 sq metres, space enough for two adults. Bathroom, adequate. Very quiet (with a room facing the inner courtyard), no internal noise from other guests, though it was not at all busy during my stay. Ideal for just passing through on route to airport or holiday destination, not suitable for a longer stay. The whole hotel could do with a face-lift. Some attention to detail would make a great difference to the quality. For example: washing the net curtains, which were disgustingly dirty,,, and occasionaly washing pillows as they were stained beyond belief,,,,, putting new sealant around the bath and sink area,,, afixing a clip to hang the shower on and in the same breath reorganizing with a shower curtain so as not to flood the bathroom after every shower.,,,, deep cleaning, or replacing of the carpet in the room. I was so pleased to have my bath slippers with me! One gets what one pays for. This is a cheap accomodation in which the bare minimum is done for comfort, so recommended only for a very short stay. |

We stayed in sept and had the entire rooftop pool/lounging area to ourselves which was excellent. Staff v. helpful. Tram 5secs away. Handy location and great value for money. |

THe easy travel from the hotel to the city centre by tram. All payment in advance procedures. The credit card payment procedure is very prone to fraud. At the desk all my credit card information, including the safety number was written down on my booking form. DUring the four days of residence I already noticed 7 people that could have accessed my information. The parking garage in the basement is even tight for a normal car. The breakfast service is very poor and childlessly organized. |

The pool was clean. The staff were friendly, speaking good English. Although the pool was small, it was good enough for what we wanted. Having the the tram stop right outside the hotel was very handy, and not too noisy. The shower within the room was not complete, so you could not hang the shower unit. And I was concerned about the close proximity of wiring for the lights so close to the shower, unprotected. One other bad point would be the check in and check out times, which meant waiting round to get into our room. |

value for money, not very far from the downtown by walk (15 min) or very fast by tram. Generally peaceful, but sometimes noise from the nearby street (morning, evening). very small swimming poll, a little bit to small room for 4 adult persons. no clean towels even in a long stay. Level 2 garage to small for bigger car. |

Zentrale Lage ,gute Verkehrsanbindung ,Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Frühhstück für € 8 /Person etwas bescheiden(weissrot,butter,marmelade,Kaffee etwas durchsichtig,ist aber für Frankreich scheinbar eher normal) |

Personnel aimable. Les couloirs sentent mauvais, la moquette est sale, la chambre n'était pas très propre non plus. Très bruyant avec une mauvaise isolation phonique. Un lit qu'ils ont du acheter au dépot-vente. C'est 3 étoiles car il y a un seche-cheveux dans la sdb!!! Sinon, c'est plutôt 1 étoile, et encore. |

Hôtel introuvable même avec le GPS...manque de signalisation, des travaux, mauvaise explication du personnel (stagiaires étrangers)...il fallait vraiment vouloir y aller!! Heureusement après c'était bien. |

La situation, le personnel Le prix des extras, c'est énorme. Un lit bébé qui coute 30euro à carrefour vous coutera à la location 7euro/j ! Les serviettes non remplacées tout les jours. Idem pour le papier toilette, le parking. Vous pouvez doubler votre facture à la fin. Je déconseille cet hôtel |

Établissement très propre, aux équipements fonctionnels. l'accueil y est globalement chaleureux. Sa situation offre un accès très facile au centre de Montpellier. Nous avons eu besoin d'un médecin. Le personnel en poste ce soir là s'est montré assez peu coopératif... Le numéro des médecins de garde (SOS médecins) n'était pas indiqué et nulle aide n'a été proposée pour le trouver. |

El hotel esta bastante bien, tiene una buena relacion calidad-precio. La ubicacion es buena ya que aunque este lejos del centro tine el tranvia justo al lado, por tanto en diez minutos ya has llegado. En general esta todo bien, aunque a mi me costo un poco dormir porque la almohada era incomodisima. |

la proximité du Tram et d'espaces pour le jogging le bruit (coté Tram) l'insonorisation des fenetres est un peu limite.. Sinon, la petite piscine (bassin) et l'espace sauna/hammam inutilisable ne justifient pas le prix plus élevé que les appart' hotels d'en face. Et le parking a le mérite d'exister, mais est vraiment dangereux pour la peinture, surtout au 2e sous sol. Mettez au moins des plastiques amortissants aux murs pour éviter le pire.. |
