It's a nice hotel, good ratio - price and quality. It's situated in the very cetnre of Evian and just a few metres from the quay. The personnel is very helpful. |

Very clean, lovely room, right in the heart of the town but as a result very noisy. Too noisy. Try and ask for a room at the back of the hotel. |

The rooms are very cosy, furniture in the style of 19th century when the place was built,but still very comfortable. Very centrally located in Evian, yet quiet. |

Excellent location for shops, bars & restaurants. Lake within a few minutes walk, and our room even had a view of the Lake. Comfortable rooms, friendly & helpful staff, well maintained and delightful old building. |

No direct access by car, as the front of the hotel is pedestrianised. This makes the hotel a little difficult to find There is car parking nearby, but be preapred to carry your luggage some distance, if you cannot park on the adjacent street. You will not be able to park in the secure underground car park if you have a high vehicle such as a 4WD. Worth the effort though. |

The personnel were very polite and helpful.The hotel is located in the middle of the town. Great value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. In general, in France the bed covers do not satisfy me. I would like to have cozier and thicker covers. |

friendly, helpful staff rooms at front of hotel were very noisy, through the night and from 6 am when the road was open for deliveries. No lounge or bar area. |

La responsable est désagréable, en plus elle est entrée dans la chambre avec un passe, sans frapper, j'étais nue, et au lieu de s'excuser, et ressortir, elle restait là à me disputer en disant que je n'avais pas raccroché mon telephone! Et moi toujours nue et elle restant à râler! Ce qui est vrai,c'est que je n'avais pas raccroché mon tel, mais n'y avait il pas un autre moyen de le signaler? En frappant avant d'utiliser le passe, par exemple!!! |
