Excellent friendly staff, amazing location, great value for money, spacious room.

Sheets were clean but were tatty and a bit marked.

Well, when the power cuts off five times in an evening, when the room is so small two suitcases cannot be opened at the same time, when the venting of the bathroom is so bad that to ventilate it you need to keep the door open (which surprisingly impacts the smell of the room), when the water system is such that you wake up everytime anyone flushes any toilet in the hotel, you don't really feel satisfied.

Reception staff is polite and helpful. Location is excellent for family with pram as very close to train station, both eurostar or tgv station.

Unsupervised breakfast so we had to go to the Reception for top up. To be fair, we had late breakfast.

The location across from the train station is great. The rooms were nice but a little hot, with too much noise outside to sleep with the windows open. The view of city life was interesting, a great place to people watch.

Warm room at night. Not a deal breaker and I would reccomend this hotel.

Hotel Continental provided a perfectly adequate base for the purpoose of the trip and we would book and stay there again.

Air-conditioning would be a huge improvement. We had to have the windows open, but the location was noisy - particularly the road sweeper at 4am in the morning!!!

The hotel was very well located, all staff had good English and the desk was manned 24 hours. The hotel room was adequate and value for money. The ensuite was quite small and a little crammed. Overall the room was tidy, however, we could have done with more towels as it was a Quadruple room which we booked.

The ensuite was small. Would also have liked if you had tea making facilities in the room.

The old woman at the desk was unfriendly and when asked about anything she said she did know absolutely nothing . Very cold and unkind person. She should not be working in a hospitality business, unless she is the owner and then she thinks she has the right to behave that way. Sad.

Great location and value for money. The room is clean and well-equipped with the basic amenities, including wifi access.

Ruit in kamer stond open waardoor het binnen gesneeuwd was en enorm koud. We konden geen andere kamer krijgen. Geen ontbijt aanwezig wegens de sneeuwval omdat bakker er niet geraakte. Dan mochten ze wel ons acht euro pp teruggegeven hebben.

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, mais fonctionnelles et joliment décorées. L'emplacement est hyper fonctionnel en face de la gare Lille Flandres, et proche de tout.

Discretion du personnel chambre politiquement correct

Pour moi un petit soucis dans la salle de bain aurait du avoir un gand de toilette afin de se faire rafraichir
