Loved the location of the hotel -- in a non-tourist area, close to the metro. Besides the very small room, our shower wouldn't empty and we almost had a full on flood in our room -- i couldn't open the shower door and had to wait until the water went down somewhat. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and we were able to change rooms --- next room was fantastic and large. |

The location was excellent. It's not in Montparnasse, it's in Vaugirard but it is a few metro stops from Montparnasse. It is away from tourist crowds but the district is very pleasant - with cafes and restaurants. No minibar but I guess that and no restaurant in hotel is why the hotel has 2 starts. Everything else was like good 3 stars. |

The hotel staff was very friendly, the receptionist spoke English and helped whenever we needed, the room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was great! A bit far from everything but with the metro system of Paris you get anywhere in 20 min. |

Loved the hotel, the room was clean and cool because the great noiseless airco. Staff spoke well enough English and stored our biggest bag on the last day so when we checked out we still had a last comfortable day in Paris with luggage. The only minor fault we could find is that the duvet covers where torn on the ends but that's the only down side we could find. 8/10 From us. |

The location is very good. It's easy to find if you go by car. It's next to the metro and there are many cafe's arround. The men in the reception was very helpful and the room was clean and confortable. the breakfast area is too small, but welcome to Paris. |

Wonderful decor and clean, cute room. We were fortunate to get a room in the front of the hotel with a mini balcony to which we could open the doors for fresh air and sidewalk cafe sounds. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great location to the Metro underground station, not even a 1/2 block on same side of street. |

My wife and I were pleased with our stay. It was right on the Convention station for the Metro, so travel about Paris was a breeze. The hotel is located in a neighborhood, so we had our choice of several restaurants (two right below our window), a bakery on the corner,a Monop and Monoprix within two blocks, a cleaners right down the street and two banks within two blocks. The room was very clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Though it was on a busy corner, we could not hear any traffic sounds unless we opened the window(we were on the top floor). The staff was friendly and helpful. |

The location was great, right above the Metro with a choice of eats nearby. The room was very comfortable and quiet. All of the staff excellent except for the breakfast lady. We witnessed many times her shaking and blowing on used paper place mats whilst placed on the table to avoid replacing them. The hinge for the shower barrier didn't seal at all therefore the bathroom floor and the carpet outside the bathroom was constantly soaked. This was reported to staff. |

Very nice private hotel with good designed, small but well equiped and clean rooms. The breakfast was fine - not huge variety but there always was a fresh coffe, cheese, jam & pastry. Great location - nice neighborhood, just few steps away from the metro, big supermarket, cinema and many small nice restaurants just near the hotel. There was no teakettle in the room. |

We were incredibly pleased with the hotel. This was our first trip to Paris and there were hundreds of hotels to choose from. Not knowing the city we read the reviews and chose this one, hoping for the best. It was much better than our expectations. The rooms were large by European standards with a decent sized toilet as well. We were on the second etage (third floor for Americans) and it was quiet all the time. The location was fabulous - 3 cafes, a boulangerie, a post office, 2 banks, and a Metro stop were literally right outside the door. The staff was friendly and professional, but I do suggest learn the basics in French to break the ice - they really like that. The price was very reasonable too. We give 5 stars. |

The location was excellent, 1 min from the Metro station. The room was much better than I expected for this price, very comfortable bed. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. However, his English was limited and could not understand some of my more complicated questions. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Paris again! |

Very convenient location. Right across street from a metro stop. There is also many restaurants, street markets in morning thru afternoon, and a cinema close by. Is located in a safe part of the city. |

The hotel has a Metro station just as you get out of it, but it is also within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower (about 30 minutes). The bathroom is very modern. The hotel also has AC, it is clean and the personal is very friendly. A fridge in the room would be very much appreciated! |
