Hotel is in a perfect location to relax or catch the Metro. Room on 5th floor had a nice outside small seating area with view of the Parisians doing their thing. Room was adequate and well maintained. Price was good. Would highly recomend if want quiet and no gotchas.

Didn't eat breakfast there because Le Petit Dejeuner was in the basement. Didn't come to Paris on Vacation to sit in Basement.

Just its location was convenient.

The shower did not work. The hose length was too short. It did not reach the hook provided. No mugs in the room despite having a kettle and teabags/instant coffee to make a drink. No toilet paper in the toilet. Very unprofessional staff.

I liked how close it was to the metro station. The location allowed us to get to wherever we wanted to go very quickly.

Good location if you are going to the Parc des expositions. Comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Free and reliable wifi. Breakfast is ok.

The neighborhood - quite convenient, truly 'Parisian', minimally tourist. OK bed and bed linens - pretty good sleep considering the 'overall' package. OK bathroom and shower (quite new and with good pressure but could be cleaner - good thing they had detergents in the kitchen cabinet - 'splashed' around shower before using). Free WiFi.

Extremely overpriced as is the case with most Paris hotels! Stayed at 6 Rue Leriche apartment (they call it '2-piece', it is actually one bedroom and one sofa in the kitchen area). Just OK, relatively clean but not up to par (e.g. a few hairs on bathroom floor, poor quality towels, bathroom sink dripping - but fixed asap when notified), no bedside lamps (major inconvenience!), no elevator (be prepared to lug your luggage up 2 flights of stairs in a charming but aged building). For the overall quality and experience, 200 Euro per night was extortionate!

It was nice that they kept our luggage at the hotel until the check in time. The area is very quiet and safe, with some restaurants, terraces and bakeries plus a big supermarket. We stayed 5 nights and we had room 302. It is exactly like in the pictures of the hotel, so no misleading like another hotels do. We did not want to have breakfast in the hotel and we choose to go to little restaurants near by. The internet is free with good connection. The room was clean and every day we had fresh towels. From our point of view it was a perfect stay.

Apartment was decorated very tastefully

The Booking.com website was a bit misleading, we did not know that the apartment was at another address. But non the less, when we got there it was good. The staff are not the friendliest I have encountered, we felt a bit like they were doing us a favour by checking us in.... Nothing was explained on the check-in, we were given the directions and keys and send on our way..

The room accommodations were enough for us and we were able to cook food.

Our unit was few blocks away from the main hotel and we have to walk all the time to request something or ask questions. There's no phone in our unit where we can just the the front lobby for any concerns. We have to bring used towels so we can get new ones and nobody comes everyday to clean our room. And there's no elevator so we have to carry our luggages three floors.

the room was small, the staff was helpful but was lacking with basic information.

Nice friendly staff, willing to help, especially as we wanted to leave our car in the parking space well after check out time so we could cram in a few more sights before driving home. Room was small but adequate, clean, comfortable and pleasant, we had a room facing out onto the main road but weren't disturbed by traffic noise due to the double glazed french doors. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to whoever wants to stay in Paris.

Convention Montparnasse is really well located, the metro station is right by your side and the neighborhood is safe and comfortable. There is also a great Café by the entrance of the hotel called "Moka", we went there every night and it was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful, spoke very good english and wanted to help us with everything. The room was great, a TV, nice bed, and good bathroom. The breakfast was also excellent, overall I am very satisfied and I would go there again if I visit Paris again!

- absence of tea/coffee and teapot inside the room - cold inside the room however was summer - not clean enough - absence of Russian speaking TV channels - too high price for such a room
