Corinna Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Royan city centre and 500 metres from Chay beach. It offers en suite rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Silent quiet place in 10 minutes of walking to a beach, and not too far from down town. receptioner was late to the registration beginning for half an hour

Superb and warm welcome, highly professional but friendly, lovely light and spotlessly clean room, quiet location but very close to town centre. Great bed. Faultless. Nothing - it is what it says it is, a 2 start hotel, but it felt like being welcomed into the home of an old family friend.

Quiet location. Friendly staff who were attentive but not intrusive. Brilliant breakfast! No bar - not a major problem but it would have been nice to be able to get a beer in the evening.

Well located within walking distance of town. Very quiet. Ample parking. Hotel (more a guest house) does not "open" until 5pm which is not convenient if you arrive on the 3.30pm ferry on an extremely hot day! Table and chairs under only tree in garden dirty and sticky. No airconditioning or fan in our top (2nd) floor bedroom. Wi-fi didn't work and owner told us she had had complaints from other guests about it but her own computer connected OK.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights in Corinna, the Hosts were friendly and very helpfull., And the hotel was spottless clean. We live in France in the Charente but had never been to Royan and it was a great break, even having a treat to English breakfast on both mornings, one of then sitting outside in the early morning sun. Corinna is about 10 minutes walk into the royan center where all the resteraunts are, but was lovely walking down there alone the seafront and to all the boats. Much nicer staying just outside as no noisy traffic at night, as when we stayed in La Rochelle as few years ago. I am planning another trip there staying at the Corinna next year with my parents as know they will love it, many thanks and would recommend the hotel to anyone.,

The owners were very welcoming and solicitous of our comfort and happiness with the hotel. The rooms very beautifully decorated, clean and generally comfortable and the breakfast was good. Secure parking was excellent and we had no problems with the Wifi. I understand their reasons for not opening reception until 17.00 hrs, however it did not really suit us as the day was particularly hot and we desperately needed shade and a shower to cool down. Also it was a bit further out of town than I realised when I booked.

Nous avons apprécié la simplicité et la chaleur de l'hotel, la proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Nos hôtes étaient très agréables. Si nous devions retourner à Royan, nous choisirions cet hotel sans hésitation. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de demi-pension.
