the size of suite the facility in suite is too old. especially towels are really old and are not white.pity the price is not included breakfast |

central location, very quiet, spacious suite, bathroom recently renovated and perfectly clean, comfortable beds, free parking in front of hotel, friendly staff, right next door are metro, galeries, opera, grandes magazines, bistros etc. carpet in room not very clean, breakfast very expensive (no problem: have a croissant from the boulangerie across the street), microscopic elevator (the building doesn't allow any bigger), rather expensive room rates, the hotel's private alley is a bit dirty (but quiet and safe) |

very convenient location close to galleries,shops,metro. Hotel tucked away from busy streets nearby so no noise from streets at night. annoyed that having chosen hotel beause it offered free parking the parking space was too small for an estate car. We had to pay 28 euros for public parking for one night stay! It should be stated that parking is only suitable for a small car, even then it only has 3 parking spaces very tightly together in front of hotel wall. |

Central location and nearness of Grands Boulevards Metro. Also friendly atmosphere and staff. We stayed on two separate occasions. On both the room was much smaller than the impression given on the website. Also on the first occasion the walls and carpet in the room were dirty and shabby. On the second occasion we had a different room whcih was good although small. |

The location of the hotel was situated 2 block away from the metro. It was tucked away in a alley with 5 other hotels, really nice and safe. |

the staff were very helpfull,and the spoke excellent English,the location was perfect,except that the room was a bit small,but i think this is expected for hotels in Paris.The elevator was a bit small. |

We love the location ..bang in the middle of the most fun area and yet being in a arcade so quiet at night no loud traffic .rooms were small but once we checked what ouyr other friends had booked in the area close by we felt we had a better deal in the same price range . We wish we could have the facility of drining ice and water from the hotel ..as you cannot buy ice in the local shops |

The 1st day of my stay guy on reception was really nice and supportive I didn't like that when I was checking out I was asked to pay 398Euro instead of 300Euro, and only when I defined that I booked room for 150Euro per night the person on reception agreed that they're mistaking!! + I found out that breakfast wasw not included in 150e per night and I was asked to pay 14e * 2 (days), and I was not informed about it in advance. Breakfast was ok, but no more. |

la proximité de mon lieu de RDV il est inacceptable qu'aujourd"hui un hotel 3* ne donne pas accès à SFR le principal opérateur français. De plus 19€ pour une assiette en plastique avec 3 misérables morceaux de fromage c'est du vol! |

wir hatten eine suite, die sehr geräumig war, und unseren vorstellungen entsprach. das hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, 2 minuten von einer metrostation entfernt. das frühstück ist zu teuer. man kann gleich um die ecke für viel weniger geld hervorragend frühstücken. |
