The room was clean and neat and big enough for one person
The constant dropping of the Internet and the air conditioner was never cool enough
Located in a quiet street in a reasonable area. Room was fair size for one person with a comfortable bed. Easy walk to the main shopping area, the Louvre and Opera area.
The free Wi Fi was extremely hard to connect to and once connected would drop out so very unreliable. The smallest lift I have ever seen but needed as the stairs are quite steep.
Location OK, close to a Metro station. There is a nice restaurant in the corner. Service was OK, but nothing out of the ordinary. Would not go back, would try other options in the same area.
Their WiFi connection is TERRIBLE. If you need to connect reliably to the internet, DO NOT go to this hotel.
Only 5 unreserved parking spots. The "free parking" add is misleading.
There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby and the Grands Boulevards Metro is 2minutes away. The hotel is located off a quiet street and within walking distance of the Louvre museum.
Having stayed in the Cite Berger area on previous occasions, and the Corona once before, the area is reasonably close to many attractions. Free parking for the motorcycle (outside) was a bonus. A 1 day metro pass cost 10.85 euro which we consider good value. If you like the ambiance of the Hard Rock Cafe which is less than a five minute walk from the hotel, and very good value. This was our forth weekend trip to Paris, and still finding many places to visit.
Although the rooms are not very big, they are well-equipped, with fridge, air-conditioning, mini-safe and hair-dryer provided. Our bathroom was spotlessly clean, modern and worked well. I'd booked a twin bedded room, but we actually got a double and a single bed. Both were very comfortable. The tea/coffee facilities mean you can get a hot drink when you like, and the staff keep the kettle filled. The parking places are right in front of the entrance. There aren't many, though, so make sure you warn them if you're coming by car. The receptionist will guide you into the space, a good example of how helpful they are. Breakfast isn't cheap (16eu), but it is a well-stocked buffet that can really set you up for the day. Entry to Cite Bergere is via a small arch on rue de Faubourg Montmartre, very close to the Holiday Inn on the corner of Bd Poissonniere. The Grands Boulevards stop on Metro lines 8&9 is right at that junction.
Really liked the location. Quiet road. Room was good-everything that we needed -not enormous but just big enough really for a few days. Bed was really comfortable and difficult to get out of!!!
Not a lot that didn't like!!Breakfast was too expensive to have though- so didn't bother. Drinks in the mini-bar were quite expensive too but then again -its Paris!!!
Fab boutique hotel in great location, staff friendly and hotel very clean
Small bathrooms but that's expected for a small boutique hotel.
location (3 min to Grand Boulevards metro and supermarket) room size (we took a 2-rooms suite and it wa the biggest hotel room we've ever had in Paris)
Easy access to everything with buses and train only 50m away. Restaurants a plenty and good breakfast.
Everything is perfect! Great location, great room, great people! Only the enter too narrow for car.
Reception staff great, they were able to arrange a doctors appointment at late notice on a Saturday. Very pleasant and nothing a bother.
Breakfast was below expectation, scrambled eggs were not fresh, bacon below par and the bread type was not enjoyable
Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
Great position in Paris, close to most tourist sites and very close to metro. Position in quieter area. Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, reasonable size for Paris. Breakfast moderately good.
Excellent location, friendly staff.
Non functional Wi-Fi
Icing on the cake was the wonderful little restaurant nearby ran by Luigi. Marvellous food, and he sang to us as well. We joined in and had to go back the second night we had such a good time. Cannot fault hotel, fantastic. Will surely come again soon. We had forgotten how beautiful Paris is. The American friends we met up were in a nearby 5 star but wished they were with us!!
Breakfast too expensive at £16 . We only wanted croissants, tea, marmalade and found it nearby at £4.50.
Location is good
Wifi is really bad
Love the rooms as we stayed in the suite.
The sofa bed is not comfortable. Wifi should be provided on complimentary.
Great location Very quiet (in a back alley, no cars)
Very small rooms (but that's endemic to most hotel in the center of Paris)
Rooms are small
Not east to find
Good location, friendly staff, free parking.
The location, it'it was clean
We came at 21:00. We requested for a baby crib. The didn't have and said I didn't ask for it so I needed to a show them the print of the resavation. My baby needed to sleep after the flight, and we needed to wait for them to bring a baby crib from other hotel. The 1st one was broken and the reception guy gave us to deal with it. After 20 minutes with no success we demanded another one, he went to other hotel to get it. Only at 22:30 we got it! They let us stay late check out till 18:00 the day after for compansation. It was very annoying and hard with 2 small children!
We booked a Quadruple Room,it was better than expected, has 2 rooms and big enough, breakfast is good, metro and carrefour just nearby.
