Corona Opéra    

Location is really good. Lots of cafes, stores and many other things pretty close, including metro. You can go walking to Louvre, Palais Royal, Opera, Galeries Lafayette and other interesting points.

Wi-fi connection is terrible. It's almost impossible to keep a session for more then 5 minutes. Most of times, many tentatives of connection without sucess, using iPhone and iPad. Really bad!

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Good location, 20-30 minutes walk to Notre Dame or the Louvre. Good choice of restaurants/bars nearby. Handy for the open-top city tour bus.

Breakfast quite good but, at €16, a little expensive.

King size bed is too small

The hotel location was good, you can access to many point of attraction easily by walking or subway from the corner of hotel.

The evevator is too small, you can't use it with your luggages and also the rooms aren't comfortable in terms of usage.

The location is excellent, quietly located yet totally cetral.

The sheets were not changed daily.

The location is excellent! Main department stores, theatres, restaurants and La Louvre all within walking distance. Hotel room was very quiet and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was ample

The main bedroom was very cold as the heating was not working. Limited parking at hotel but indoor private parking was available few streets away at a reasonable price.

Very good value for money. the rooms are well sized. very newly decorated. very clean and maintained. window to a small courtyard : meaning no view but very quiet.

The internet hardly worked. Since this was a business trip that was very inconvinient.

The hotel is very good! We loved it. Nice, confortable, typical Paris building. Breakfast is very good, staff is amazingly nice and helpful. We Loved it. Very very clean, the street is peaceful, no noise at all. It's close to metro, close to opera and Grands Boulevards walking. The entrance of the hotel street may look a little bit weird because it's a small street with hotels only, but then you like it! We booked two superior roooms, nice, clean, big window, warm, well decorated. The receptionist is incredibly nice and helpful We reccomend it!

The only thing not so good is the elevator that is small, but that is not important!

the only problem was early cleaning. they used to open our door with their own key every morning notwithstanding the Do not disturb sign

It was very clean.

The location down a street that looked like an alley. It was dirty, with dog droppings, and coming back to the hotel later in the evening did not feel safe, lots of people hanging around the street. The hotel staff was not very friendly, and when we arrived at the hotel, the lift was not working, and we were on the 4th floor.

Good location some room recently renovated. But overheard some rooms are like dungeon, so becareful. Limited free wifi

This is the second time we have stayed here. We chose to return as we went with friends who also had children and I knew the size of the family rooms would suit us. The hotel had been redecorated since our last stay and the rooms were lovely. Paris is a very expensive city for hotel accomodation and this hotel is reasonably priced given its location and room size. We had the superior suite which was two rooms. Would definately recommend - great restaurants and cafes on your doorstep and easy walking for all the sites.

Only thing that would have been nice would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However wonderful little cafe on the corner with lovely staff who provided us with great coffee's and pastries.

The price was too high compared to the standard. The furniture was cheap, the pictures on the site look luxurious but it was a budget hotel without the budget price. The closet smelled bad. I had expected an atmosphere but there was none.

Every thing was good.

The elevator is enough for one person and one bag.There is only one iron for all rooms in the hotel.The safety box u have to pay 30 eur to get the key.

Extremely friendly and accomodatingf staff at the front desk--helped me out a lot--made a phone call for me and took messages for me. It was nice that they could speak English as our French is not the greatest. The room was clean and beds and bedding were comfortable. All staff was friendly and welcoming.

When we arrived, late in the evening, the room we were given was completely unsatisfactory and with air conditioning not working. The young man working on reception in the night was extremely helpful in getting the airconditioning sorted although he could not change the room. The next day the concierge arranged for us to have a new room, more of a small apartment that was much better. So all in all we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel.

Very expensive, but probably typical of hotel prices in Paris. Also when we arrived late at night the staff did not know where we could park our car. There were four aces available for the hotel but these were full. The hotel next door was able to provide details of where the nearest car parks were. So I think better provision of details for the staff to have on hand would be a good idea.
