very friendly and helpful staff. they gave us clear directions for all the tourist spots. comfortable rooms as well with good WiFi located at the heart of paris. the neighborhood was safe and it was easy to travel around.
Very good location near the station with three lines of Metro, easy to get to many places. Hotel is small and very clean, after some remodelling, free wi-fi, decent breakfast, very nice and helpful stuff. As for Paris where hotel-oners and their stuff are spoiled rotten. THAT'S A LOT!
It could be just a little bit cheaper.
The staff was really really helpful. We arrived and they immediatly gave us a map and explained us how to get to all the places we wanted to go and how to get back. We asked for an international charger at the middle of the night and they gave it really kindly. The metro is just 30 metres away and thats just great.
Staff has been always really kind. Good position near subway 4,8 and 9 that reaches the most important places of Paris. 15 min walking to pompidou. Room was silent and always really clean. Lots of good restaurant and bistrot around. Very close to food and drug store
Elevator reach only the 4th storey, room at 5th storey requires a bit of staircase. Boulevard De strabourg is a black oriented part of the city but never dangerous.
there was a mature Receptionist what was very helpful on arrival and he speaks good in English, well done
Location, friendly staff, price, clean
Rooms feel outdated, don't look like the ones in the pictures.
The service is really good, and the room is nicely decorated. The staff was helpful and while the location is quite close to the center of Paris, noise was not an issue.
The room is small, as is the hotel overall. This is mainly because of the city, as everything seems cramped in Paris. The WiFi had a weak signal on the second floor, the connection was quite poor.
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Good service. If asked for, they give great suggestions for things to do and see. Also parkinglot across the street, safe and secured.
Only thing is the short bed.
Friendliness of staff - willingness to help
Cleanliness and modern bathroom.
The twin beds were tiny though reasonably comfortable. The walls were paper thin which meant we were woken very early by talking in neighbouring rooms and doors slamming. The internet is next to useless and you are only allowed one device per room. Ask for more and the reception staff will show their teeth!! Very expensive for a hotel in this area. Very convenient for those looking for professional company!!
Very clean, very courteous staff. Perhaps not the greatest location but easily accessible to central Paris.
Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Best not to go out alone at night. Well lit, heavily travelled street though.
there is only on guy in reception in my first day he help me too much he is very nice but there is another one work there also he is not nice at all.
WiFi not good at all they will allowed you to use only one machine to log in to WiFi you cannot use your mobile and your laptop in same time they will take money for breakfast when i ask them if there is any Croissant with breakfast they answering me ( if you look as will you will found it !!) that not good to answer me like that way if i cant found it by my self i will not ask where is it!! nobody help you to carry your luggage you need to do that by your self that not easy in that hotel there is a lot of stairs you need to use it many times the elevator work only between 2-4 floor only hotel look like labyrinth puzzle there is now view to out side
Friendly staff, close to Gare de l'Est and the metro.
Lots of stairs, makes it a bit challenging with big luggage.
Proximity to Metro station and Eurostar (Chunnel) station. They also had a really nice breakfast.
The neighborhood around the hotel was a little "iffy" and there was not a way to get around some stairs.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. We asked a lot of question regarding to the way we can go to attraction and he explained and give us a lot of suggestion. Really nice.
It is centrally located in Strasbourg St Denis. However be aware it is quite an edgy street rather than being trendy and although it was not unsafe, it would not be recommended for people who like a hotel in a quiet, very settled neighborhood. The staff were helpful and efficient except for lack of flexibility over the wifi policy.
The room was particularly small and this negatively impacts on comfort. The wifi policy of the hotel is unfair and discriminates against couples. Wifi is only available for 1 device in a room and this applies to all rooms. A couple cannot access wifi from 2 mobile phones. The hotel argues it needs to restrict access as people have so many devices including tablets and phones. However as a minimum if you book a double room, it is only fair and reasonable that you should be able to access wifi from 2 devices.
Close to metro station, and easy to reach famous points in Paris. The stuff in hotel is so helpful and friendly. The hotel room was fairly big and so clean.
the street that the hotel is located on, was not inspiring so confidence in the night.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel if you don't have very high expectations and you want to stay somewhere cheap, quiet and safe. Neighborhood is a bit dirty but never felt unsafe. Very comfortable location, can do many things on foot and has excellent connections with metro for almost all tourist attractions.
Nice staff that were very friendly. Breakfast was ok for the money.
The room was very small . Renovation wasn't complete and the entryway was rundown. The room smelled a little bit
Very nice and helpful owners of the hotel. Tasty french breakfasts. Really good place to go out around the city. Cozy, convenient and clean rooms. Good value for money.
Nice room, quiet. Very helpful, friendly staff. Walking distance to Le Marais
location & staff
elevator from 1st floor not from ground floor
The rooms are modern really nice staff but too expensive for a 3 star hotel
The breakfast was 8 euro and it was only bread and juice
Friendly service; clean room; very close to the strasbourg saint denis metro station.
No breakfast included, wifi is available only for one device at a time.
