The residence stands on top of a rocky promontory with a panoramic view of the sea. The style is highly original, with small marble and glass buildings that blend perfectly into the landscape and surroundings.

All the apartments have a big terrace, most of them with stunning views over the sea, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. Benefit from a unique location in a very welcoming resort. The beach is 1km away (access by stairway). The Principality of Monaco is 4km away.

the Villa Lumière built in 1902, the Sacha Guitry park near the sea front, the Pointe des Douaniers beach and the sheer rock rising from the Mediterranean.
There are panoramic footpaths between sea and mountain, such as the "Tête de chien" and sea-front footpaths.

• The surrounding area

Trips to Monte Carlo (4km) and the Principality of Monaco, Nice (17km) and the Promenade des Anglais, Cannes (53km) and La Croisette, Grimaud and its port (80km).
The coastal roads to St-Paul-de-Vence, Grasse, Biot, Vallauris, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Italy are close by.
Boat trips to Beaulieu, Monaco, Villefranche and Menton.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays.

Anonymous Family with older children Finland June 14, 2009	Nice pool, big enough for swimming, also a separate pool for children. Great sea view from pool. Family suite of two rooms was good size for our family of four. Great bus and train connections to Nice and Monaco. Village has three cheaper restaurants, one pricier restaurant on the beach, a bakery and two super-markets, so services are OK. Overall good value for money. Clean but slightly worn-down. Location on hillside requires walking which was OK for us but might be too much for little children or seniors (but with own car this would not be a problem).	7
