The residence stands on top of a rocky promontory with a panoramic view of the sea. The style is highly original, with small marble and glass buildings that blend perfectly into the landscape and surroundings.

All the apartments have a big terrace, most of them with stunning views over the sea, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. Benefit from a unique location in a very welcoming resort. The beach is 1km away (access by stairway). The Principality of Monaco is 4km away.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, a mini-oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost.

Places to visit:
the Villa Lumière built in 1902, the Sacha Guitry park near the sea front, the Pointe des Douaniers beach and the sheer rock rising from the Mediterranean.
There are panoramic footpaths between sea and mountain, such as the "Tête de chien" and sea-front footpaths.

• The surrounding area

Trips to Monte Carlo (4km) and the Principality of Monaco, Nice (17km) and the Promenade des Anglais, Cannes (53km) and La Croisette, Grimaud and its port (80km).
The coastal roads to St-Paul-de-Vence, Grasse, Biot, Vallauris, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Italy are close by.
Boat trips to Beaulieu, Monaco, Villefranche and Menton.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

The location is excellent, also the pool

Cleanliness of the room was very poor and our room smells awful

Location, views and swimmong pool.

Rooms were quite small with small bathrooms and toilets. Kitchen appliances were to clean enough to use.

Perfect people, beautiul view from all rooms and the swiming pool. It was like the guy that works at the pool bar said: "It's like a paradise,look!" We are defenetilly go there again!

The was an ideal location as it is situated between Nice and Monaco, which are highly recommended areas

You must be careful with young children in this area. There are many ledges at the hotels and sites.

It is well located. Parking is easy. The appartment is very well thought out and we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful view of the Mediterranean and a large terrace from which to enjoy it.

It is a shame that reception hours are so limited as we had to find our way to the appartment (with suitcases) through a labyrinth of stairs and passageways. It would have been easier if someone had shown us to our room.

nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel. Il y avait eu lors de la réservation une petite erreur sur le nombre de personnes mais tt de suite le personnel ns a apporté les draps manquants.....

pour se repérer dans les parkings...bien que le deuxième jour tt va mieux
