Small hotel; rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is poor and the hotel charges for it 8 euro. There are no facilities in the hotel. Staff is mostly friendly although they declined to change a 500 euro bill. The hotel is located about 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Lille 1. No facilities in the hotel; 2. Breakfast is poor and costs 8 euro; 3. No english speaking channels on the TV; |

We stayed at Cosy's with our two teenage children for one night after travelling from Paris. This hotel's modern decor was fun, it was very clean and very convenient. The staff were very helpful. Parking is available for an additional fee. Our suite had a completely stocked kitchette so we could cook our supper in for a change. Was within walking distance to the shopping area. I would definitely stay again if I had the oppourtunity. |

You are in the centre of the city and in our rooms you did not hear the traffic noise. Nice surroundings, own parking place, clean rooms, friendly staff. |

Large, comfortable room for a great price (approx half norm price). Comfortable bed (though not pillows), kitchenette well equiped, high-quality toiletries supplied. Disappointed with room servicing. I would usually return to my room for lunch to find it (room) not yet serviced. I ended up asking the staff in the corridor for fresh towels, which were then supplied. |

The room was clean, and the layout was good. It was useful to have the kitchen area. The section of the room with twin beds was very hot in the night. There is no window in this part of the room, and no air conditioning! |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room - good standard of fittings. Access to basic kitchen facilities in our room. Central location and nearness to parks. Quiet (and this was during the Braderie!) No UK TV channel (e.g. BBC News) available on the TV set. The wet room - a shower screen would help to keep the rest of the bathroom floor dry. |

I liked the design of my room. Personnel was very friendly. The price was reasonable. They had wi-fi, which is very needed for tourists. I would suggest that the hotel should provide more variety of food for breakfasts. |

Modern, clean decor. Mini kitchenette very useful. Good location and excellent helpful staff who spoke English! Would have liked English channels on the t.v. Would have been happy to pay extra for the option. No Air Conditioning. |

The new design and clean look was excellent. The bedrooms were spacious and the additional facilities, which make it into an apart'hotel, were of a very good quality. |

This is a very recently-founded hotel in an excellent location to explore Lille (easy 15 minute walk into the Old Town). Rooms were finished to a high standard and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Hotel has secure parking (10 Euros/night) at the rear, and although the parking wasn't smart, it was safe and easy to access. We'd definitely stay there again! |

The modern design and decoration surprised me in a pleasant way. Especially for an French Hotel. The available amount of hot water was nearly enough for 2 persons to take a shower. |

The hotel was newly furbished and the staff were very helpful. The room was excellent. The breakfast was vastly overpriced and basic. Our young children were charged full adult price and the hotel ran out of croissants. |

On street free parking and secure hotel parking at a supplement. Easy to locate as just outside the city centre. Accessing cupboards would be impossible for anyone shorter that about 5' 6". The hotel does not have a restaurant and the only food available to those not wishing to self cater is breakfast which had to be ordered the evening before. There are no good restaurants close to the hotel. Only French TV was available as the staff knew nothing about the cards which were needed to access English channels We got a really cheap deal of about £50 and would probably stay there again at that rate but we would not pay the quoted normal rate. |
