Apartment very spacious with separate living area, which is very relaxing after a long day out in the city before going out at night. Nicely and quietly located, close to the large department stores on Rue Lafayette and within walking distance to the large museums (Centre Pompidou and Louvres) and the Marais for dining. Metro within 200 metres from hotel, parking underneath. |

Spacious, comfortable, peaceful room with sofa & cooking facility. Careless in attention to detail - kettle wasn't working and bulb in lamp had blown. (Both quickly replaced.) |

The apartment was very clean amd nicely decorated.My husband and I and our four children very comfortably stayed here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and even gave us a second day of parking for the price of one. The location is excellent and very convenient to the metro. I highly recommend this place and would definately stay here again. |

Location, convenience. Elevator did not work a few times, and I was trapped in the elevator for 30 minutes. Rooms were not noise proof, especially from room above. Carpeting on the floor might make the room more noise proof. |

Spacious, spotless and comfortable the hotel is a five minute cab ride from Gare du Nord and the surrounding neighborhood has many possibilities for fast transport to the tourist destinations. |

Apartment was clean and comfortable and the location is brilliant.Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space, although some of it a little inaccessible due to the beds! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The noise from the apartment above, heels clacking on the floor rather than excessive music or people noise, was really annoying as we tried to get to sleep. |

I can recommend Cosy's Residence Cadet. We got the larger room for up to four and were very comfortable. The room was spotless and had a nice contemporary decor. All the staff (except housekeeping) spoke English well, were helpful with every question we had and were very accommodating with allowing us early entry into our room the day of our check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro stop and had some nice stores/cafes nearby. |

Room was perfect.it has huge amd really comfortable.beds were big and one of the best you can find for this price.staff were really helpful and friendly I like the wellcome package :) I would like to have abreakfast at hotel, because of the price I breakfast could have been cheaper but it is ok. |

the staff are very helpful and friendly. the room is very large (we stayed at the room for 1-4 people one). it's rare for paris to have such a big room in the central paris with the rate. the location is also good to access to Opera, shopping, and museums. shower, and noise from other rooms |

all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious. as most of the reviewers pointed out already, the noise and the thiness of the walls cannot be ignored. some facilities in the rooms such as shower hook was broken. or the window handle was broken, and the cleaner did not clean under the beds properly so we had lots of dusts (duvets) came out under the beds. |

This place was great, We had some trouble finding it initailly but once there everythng was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The location easy for walking, taking the metro and taxi if desired. The location is just off an active street and a short walk to Sacre Coeur. We'd go back in a heartbeat. |

I very much appreciated the hospitality of the personnel working there and the friendly welcome we received, as well as the spontaneous recommendations for visiting Paris given by them. The rooms are very tidy and the Daikin airco came in very handy! The cleaning personnel was a bit noisy, but they did an excellent job. |

The location is fantastic and the restaurants in the area are awesome. There is a metro very close to the hotel also. The hotel decor is top quality and very comfy. Car parking was very tight so don't take a big car. |
