Reception staff went above and beyond for us! There was a taxi strike on the day we were leaving and needed to get to the airport with 3 large suitcase and 3 small children. The staff were amazing and took extra time to explain every metro line and change for us. We made it to the airport in plenty of time.
The staff very helpful and professionalism, the location, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, carefully chosen toiletries, the decor around the place very original(pictures). Very cosy indeed. Well done and keep it up.
the lift could do with an upgrade and some of the wall in the room needed touching up.
staff and location!
Cleaners insisting on cleaning while we were occupying the room.
Room looked a little tired. Sink overflowed in bathroom with paint flaking on the bathroom ceiling.
Location & studio size
Wifi is patchy
Really conveniently located in a central location but off the main roads, clean, and very spacious for Paris.
The lack of carpets on the floors meant that there was noise from the rooms above when chairs etc. were moved.
Me and my girlfriend went for 3 nights from 31st October - 2nd nov. The location of Cosys Residence was brilliant. A metro at the end of the road which is easy to get around the centre of Paris and only costing 1.70€ for a single trip. The suite itself was very nice and modern. Me and my girlfriend like a lot of black and white things and the whole suite is black and white. A clean and facilities kitchen, decent size living room and a comfy nice bedroom/bathroom.
We asked for a double bed and we got two single beds pushed together. The shower protective screen seal didn't touch the bath so when we had a shower water was leaking over the side of the bath causing the bathroom to stink of dampness (Room 15). The 'breakfast' facilities aren't vey organised. There was around 10 chairs cramped in a corner and the young girl (who was fantastic) did prepare us plenty of food from cereal, yoghurts and pastry. But the male middles aged manager wasn't very chatty but your not here to spend your time here you here to tour the city Paris!
Security to the hotel was good.
The room was dirty, live mould on the ceiling as you got out of the lift, carpets stained, had to ask for new pillows as they were all flat and dirty, nets were black with dirt, bath and sink plugs were dirty and old soap scum left on the soap dish in the shower. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Location and facilities
Hidden away so needed guidance on directions
Location, price and friendly, helpful staff.
Hallway needs a little plaster repair
Spacious studio on a great location in the center of Paris, though in a quiet area.
Beds were not very comfortable.
Nice location, nice area
Shower head did not fit in holder. Made for a difficult shower.
Fantastic location, on a really pretty streetright by a tube station, plethora of great restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Long overdue a facelift. Apparently under new management so will probably happen but really, our room could be brought back to life for not much money and hardly any time. I don't understand why they wouldn't do it, all the reviews say the same. Also the kids beds are still in the living room which meant once we put them to bed we couldn't use the living room and just sat on our bed. Some sort of folding screen to partition them off would be a welcome addition.
Great location, large room with dining and sitting area, kitchenette well equiped.
Room not cleaned and serviced well, very poor internal wall sound isolation, strong food smell arriving straight to the room via ventilation system from a restaurant kitchen.
All you needed was out the front door. Beautiful little street. Back from the street, so was very quiet. Reasonable walk to all attractions. Large accessible room. Great to have a kitchenette and with the variety of prepared foods, rustic and gourmet, in the shops on Cadet street to take home, it was more economical. Even had wonderful New York pizza a block away.
Some noise from room overhead.
Good location, quiet area, reasonably good wi-fi. Quiet and efficient air conditioner. Polite staff.
No lobby or other areas to comfortably hang out in. Black mold and peeling paint in hallway. Dirt and debris on hallway floor never cleaned during entire 3-day stay. Large patches of peeling paint in room. Minimal equipment in kitchen. Towel rods falling off of bathroom wall. Stopped-up sink. Small room. Room safe bolted to closet floor -- have to lie on floor to key in code. Ultra-slow elevator. All this would be tolerable in a low-budget hotel. But at well over 200 euros/night plus taxes?
Not suitable for 6 despite being advertised as such. Ok for 4 at best
-Toilet exhaust was not working well. Smelly. -Kitchen basin was blocked. Could not use for cleaning. -Facilities were not up to 4 star.
Good location, I minute's walk to the bus station and just next to the park. Staff here are super nice.
The location is good. It is easy to access to Gare du Node. You can easily travel around Paris as well. Also there are many shops and cafes near the hotel.
The facilities were old. Especially the lift is very small and slow.
Staff was very coperative. Overall sitting arrangements, security, privacy aspects, connectivity with City Center was very good.
1. Normal tea cups are VERY big which can only be used to drink soups. Normal size cups could not be arranged. 2. Apartment view is boaring and not open to any street, garden...nothing. 3. Basic kitchen utensils were either missing or of poor quality. 4. Beddings were not comfortablel at all. 5. There were no doors to ANY of the rooms in an apartment . 6. There were ONLY 2 electrical points available for charging your mobiles etc. that too at very odd place.
Staff was friendly.
Front door very hard to close. Strip of timber on floor in front of front door was very dangerous. I tripped over it many times and am not sure why it was there. The hallway was very smelly and not very clean
Very helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms which contradict the set standard of size in Paris. Fabulous layout oozing with a relaxing vibe. Breakfast room is clean and affordable and the food is to a high standard. Surrounding shops are great and the distance from the train and bus station is very practical.
Only two faults to the rooms is the sound from surrounding rooms and the hallway can be overwhelming at times (possibly due to thin walls/no sound proofing) and the view is not particularly overwhelming. The self-catering kitchen idea is great but the additional 20 euro charge for leaving unclean cutlery/dishes may be displeasing to short business stays or large families. Some of the rooms may need touching up (slightly loose skirting boards) but having said that the rooms are generally to a very high standard. The double bed in the apartments is actually two singles pushed together which is a bit disappointing in a city such as Paris.
Amazing location, walking distance to Galleries Lafayette, lots of restaurants on the street, Metro is at the end of the street, staff were amazing!!
The bed was 2 singles put together, the carpet tired, furniture a bit worn out, noise from apartment above kept waking us up
