Every detail of the hotel is pure class. It's location in the heart if beautiful Cap Ferret is unbeatable and the room design, bar, spa and deck are all perfect. The staff spoke English well and dud everything possible to ensure our romantic weekend was memorable. The breakfast is great value for Money and our private deck area outside the room was a lovely surprise. Overall, a great hotel experience.

L'Hotel est très bien mais très cher par rapport à un même niveau par exemple en Allemagne. (Hayett**** Düsseldorf 220.00€) Le Petit déjeuner, que du Sucré pour ce prix le petit déjeuner buffet est impératif.

Très bel hôtel, tout y est reposant. Très bon accueil. La réduction accordée était inférieure à cele annoncée sur le site (30% au lieu de 44%). Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner un peu juste pour le prix.

Le calme (malgré les travaux sur l'esplanade donnant sur le bassin d'arcachon...) le personnel trés disponible et l'accès au Hamman. Les difficultés de la Télévision, les chaînes en panne... Pas de canal + ni la tnt pour un 4 étoiles c'est un peu limite...

Chambres confortables et bien aménagées vélos prétés pour de jolies promenades dans les magnifiques environs. Proche de l'embarcadère pour les personnes sans véhicule. Petit dej en terrasse très sympa proposé par une personne serviable et à l'écoute au bar mais tarif un peu cher (14,50 € par personne) Chantier de construction en face qui risque d'obstruer la vue sur le bassin

Le design des chambres est bien fait Les chambres ne valent pas leur prix. La dame à la réception n'est pas aimable (sauf la jeune qui s'occupe du spa). En un mot on sent qu'ils essayent de pratiquer des tarifs haut de gamme, mais rien ne suit. Grosse déception.

Très bel esthétique, beaucoup de charme dans ces chambres , un hôtel pour amoureux... Personnel très accueillant. Le chauffage n'est pas très efficace , ni la douche pas évidente à manipuler malgré son modernisme. Garage peu pratique et à risque pour les voitures (emplacements trop petits).

Un personnel discret et efficace, des échanges intéressants: une vraie "intelligence". Il faut vraiment y séjourner sans hésiter... Repos, bien-être, dans un lieu où culture et décoration sobre et harmonieuse se conjuguent avec bonheur.

Superbe petit hôtel de charme idéalement situé face au bassin. Nous y sommes allés mi octobre en semaine période de grand calme, ce que nous recherchions. Accueil très chaleureux de la réceptionniste. Nous avons été surclassé car l'hôtel était moyennement fréquenté ce jour là, avec une petite terrasse privative. Un peu de bruit en journée du fait de travaux juste en face. Mais c'est un mal pour un bien, le projet en cours est celui de refaire une adorable petite placette. La vue depuis l'hôtel sera donc préservée. Décoration chaleureuse très design. Un petit havre de paix et de tranquilité, en basse saison tout du moins. Parfait pour un petit séjour romantique. Proximité de la jetée pour départs en bateau sur le bassin.

“This was a lovely old villa with beautiful, large and elegant rooms. There was plenty of parking and it was in a quiet and elevated part of town. Because there was a lift in the nearby park, it was easy to access the shops, restaurants and beaches. We would love to be able to stay in this hotel again. The proprieter was very interested in showing us photos of the hotel in its heyday and was very helpful.
