The extremely friendly disposition of all members of staff we encountered without exception. For a 2-star property, the value for money was we considered to be outstanding and we will certainly return again.

It was ideal as a stop-over to or from the ferry. It was quite impersonal and we had to eat an evening meal at the hotel as it was quite a walk to anywhere else.

The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room was excellent, but the evening meal was disappointing with very little choice. However there are alternatives nearby to eat and we would use the hotel again as a stopover,

Great location for Euro tunnel. Basic but clean accommodation. Staff very welcoming Due to location somewhat limited to alternative eating establishments. Whilst initially menu looked inviting afraid the quality was lacking.Buffet options available for entree and desert options however these looked very tired!! No vegetarian options available on visit. Intention was to have breakfast however after sampling evening meal decided to go to Europort instead. Recommendation to stay here would purely be on the location to the Euro Tunnel and NOT eating facilities

24 hour reception, free Wi-Fi, Great location. The menu hasn't changed over past few years, I know appreciate here is a lot of places to eat in Calais however if you've been travelling then sometimes its more convenient to eat in, moreover we've noticed that the breakfast buffet has also crept up along with room rate too.

The hotel is neat, tidy, clean and unfussy. The food is good and the staff are absolutley lovely. Also, it is very easy to get there from the Eurotunnel terminal. My overall impression is that everything was easy. I will be staying there again.

It was ideally situated for a quick over night stop on route to the channel tunnel whislt we was travelling on work dutys , the rooms were clean and tidy the staff were very helpful . The daily Menu tarrif was good fair and great value @ 13.50 euros per person .

It is certainly convenient for the tunnel crossing. Staff are very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Their English is very good (our French is far from it) The hotel is basic but very clean and serves the purpose we require it for. Reasonably priced. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Decor could do with a little updating - but this does not deter us from using it again in current condition. Evening meal presentation was disappointing. Extract fan in bathroom did not work. Extra pillows available in room would have been nice. Not at all comfortable sitting in bed against the hard head board. English tv channels available but the reception was extremely poor and harmful to the eyes.

As always it's the staff that make the stay pleasant; it's nice to meet people who like visitors. The breakfast continues to be of excellent quality. The update to the rooms is appreciated. The location is of course a huge plus, less than 5 minutes from the tunnel and the A16.

Dog friendly, attentive staff, firm beds, can be a little noisy but the staff were very quick to sort this out for us. Lol, mattress are very new and firm but very supportive, if anything beware of tom-tom and garmin guiding you to the wrong end of the main road to find the hotel when travelling from the port.

Having booked online the same day we arrived 4 to 5 hours later . The receptionist was very polite, helpful and spoke English . Unfortunately the room we booked was too small to accommodate a travelcot so we were upgraded to a suite for no extra cost which for ourselves was a real bonus . A pleasant stay in a relaxing budget hotel . Nothing of any importance considering the price you pay
