No problems with reservation. Calm place, quite near to historical centre of the Town. Nice room, swimming pool in the garden, and garden :-) Easy and good connection to old town.
Very nice little garden and swimming pool
It's difficult to find the hotel
Clean room and good beds. Close location to avignon (wheels needed) Nice pool with large undeep area for children
Very small kitchen not well equiped. Cold welcome at reception. Garden and hall not clean (wild dog running around and urinating)
Reception was in another building 1/4 mile away. Initial impression was somewhat of tatty looking. In the middle of an industrial estate. Hotel down the road, cheaper & 4*.
the welcome we got from the manager was perfect - the man doesn't ever stop smiling and is so helpful - every facility is available and it is a 5 minute drive from the centre of the old town. would recommend to anyone for an overnight or couple of days.
don't be put off as you arrive - the hotel is in the middle of a large commercial/industrial estate, but is an oasis of tranquility once you are inside the gates -
the pool was good. ok for one night stay. good breakfast for value.
A long way from town. owner left us waiting for our room and forgot about us. the reception is at a total different place 250 or so down the road from were we stayed.
Very comfortable spacious apartment. Nice swimming pool.
Grounds looked a bit neglected. Also, very steep stairs to upstairs children's bedroom. Would be nice to have a gate
location is ok, if you have a car. It could be convenience.
Don't like a hotel. Just a motel. Facility is very poor. And once you arrive, they will charge you whole money, even before you look the room. And they will not give money back to you. They will say it is your responsibility...
Very helpful staff and manager (wonder if he ever sleeps!) go out of his way to help you! Would go back and fantastically close to city center we went by bike (which hotel rented out to us).
Fantastic quit swimming pool in combination with fantastic room 'en suite' just on the outskirt of avignon. Great for stop further down south or as we did for longer stay and visit festival des artistes d'avignon. Great friendly staff to help you out with advice and support for your stay
Quiet. Close to the main highway that leads to the A7 which goes to Provence and Marseille. Carrefour is close by. Close to Avignon TGV. Apartment was a good size. This place is just a good base if you're travelling the surrounding area.
We stayed for 3 nights but there were no cleaning or even at least change of towels and added toilet paper. The reception desk wasn't close to the apartments area therefore wasn't convenience to go to. TV didn't work, lighting in the apartment was poor. Price was very expensive for what it was. Maybe because we went there during the Avignon festival.
there is a pool and there is some free parking space
terrible bed dirty sinks dirty hallways and pool no food anywhere to be found in neighborhood way too expensive for what you get!!
Pool and surroundings were nice. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked ok. Wifi was ok and free.
Room was tiny with no storage space for clothes and was often unserviced. Staff forgot to leave replacement toilet rolls and shampoo sachets. Hot water not always available - we were moved out of our initial room as the bathroom facilities were not in good order. No staff at the pool so not safe for kiddies. Reception about 400 metres from rooms. Breakfast was average with poor quality coffee and juice so we ate elsewhere after first morning. I wouldn't stay here again.
There is a nice swimming pool, the flat is well equiped to cook meals. If you are by car, and only if you are by car, the facility is nearby the centre of Avignon and also nearby a Carrefour.
The receptionist does not really inform you of anything. We also asked for a late check out (12;00!), in good French and in English, because of our child. The woman told us that we could use the swimming pool and also keep the luggage at the reception... Finally, when I was upset and decided to leave it as it was, she sent me an email granting us what I requested, but ONLY UNTIL 12... No comments...
Good family hotel
Air conditioner not working and not fixed during 4 day stay
while the location maybe somewhat hard to find at first, this property has excellent service where the owners will bend over to accomodate you in most ways. They have decent rooms which are clan and comfortable.
The building and garden are nice, and the staff friendly
The setting, amidst an industrial area, is somewhat remote both from the city centre and the train station. The room not impressive in any form.
Had a swimming pool no shade areas.
It is on 2different locations, with reception, dining area and management not being able to be accessed from the accommodation area. The fridge didn't.t work, owner advised and checked it and told us it did work.no phone in room to contact him. Poor lighting.
Having the pool at Court 'Inn Aqua. Clean towels regularly. Parking available. Laurent and Eric - excellent. Carrefour supermarket nearby. Eating places within easy reach. The location, although on an industrial estate, was quiet while we were there - appreciated. Easy access to other towns.
Entrance hall and garden paths were never swept. Wash basin outlet not working. Not having sheets changed during the week we were there. Some prior information re eating places would have been useful.
We loved the roses and the garden a lot and adored the managers dog.
Initially we were given a room for disabled people (which we are not), it was not clean enough and it was a walk to Court Inn Suites for breakfast--a short distance away. At our request we were given another room at the Court Inn Suites and we found that very comfortable and the staff were very lovely indeed.
Being able to have our family of five in one unit was great (three beds upstairs, double sofa bed downstairs).
The location was odd - very much an industrial area. The reception was closed and only through talking to another (long-term?) guest did we workout that we had to go to another motel to check in. The grounds were un-kempt - lawns unmown, pool empty. Our initial thought was that the place was no longer open - even though we had just booked on-line. The bedding didn't fit the beds. We had a single cover stretched across a double bed. There was no staff on site that we saw during our (very short) stay.
Garden, barbecue area
No internet, no satellite TV
kind and helpful personell, cleany, nice and quite big room
industrial zone, swimming pool is open only during july and agust
Large comfortable bed. Quiet overnight
1Reception not where staying and not clearly signed. 2 Dirty and ill kempt and no rubbish bins externally! 3 Kitchen area cramped and not adequately stocked for two guests. 4 Breakfast (an extra) not value for money. 5 Situated in an industrial estate with no shops nearby or restaurant open during our stay. 6 Poorly maintained (gate not operating)
to far from city
