Location - proximity to city centre. Breakfast included in room rate. ok for a couple of nights if you're out all day and only need a place to sleep. Arrived to a freezing room, a/cwas blasting cold air at maximum speed at 19 degrees. we spent a very cold & uncomfortable night, couldn't even change into my night clothes as it was too cold to get out of my day clothes. bathroom while passably clean smelt of sewage. next day was a bit better as i was advised by reception to turn off the a/c (they couldn't provide heating) so the 2nd night wasn't as bad. would only recommend for a maximum of 2 nights, no longer

Location is good. Parking is secured, onsite parking. The lady was friendly, but borderline rude. Through a smile she was quite condescending. Maybe this is typical French, however on our 12 day trip, we only saw this here. The room was old with outdated furnishings. However, we will stay here again when in Strasbourg.

The hotel was situated in the center of the city and close to many interesting places. The room was large and clean. Also, the hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was very expensive.

En fauteuil roulant, j'ai apprécié tous les aménagements nécessaires à mon bien-être. Très bonne situation géographique, à 10 minutes de la gare et idem pour le centre historique. Petit déjeuner parfait, très copieux et servi dans une salle superbement décorée. Je n'ai pas aimé que 2 des 3 nuits passées m'aient été débitées avant mon arrivée;0

A proximité immédiate du centre-ville (à 10 minutes à pied de la Cathédrale). Egalement très facile d'accès et tout près de l'entrée de la ville par l'A4. Très bon accueil par le personnel, chambre propre et sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est cher.

Un personnel disponible 24/24 Le calme pour un hôtel en ville. La proximité du centre ville. L'espace un peu restreint quand on veut rester un peu se reposer Je n'ai pas une grande idée des prix pratiqués et je n'ai pas beaucoup d'éléments de comparaison, ce budget reste occasionnelle pour moi.

Ich hatte leider nur Zeit fuer 1 Nacht und bin dann ohne Fruehstueck - sehr zeitig - abgefahren. Das Zimmer wirkte etwas spartanisch, hatte aber alles, was man braucht und war sauber. Sehr positiv ist der Privatparkplatz (im voraus zu buchen), ich musste mein Auto ueber Nacht nicht komplett ausraeumen... Parkplaetze in Strasbourg sind absolute Mangelware. Ich werde naechstes Jahr wieder nach Strasbourg fahren und durchaus wieder dort uebernachten.

Parking privé en centre ville, très bon accueil. Chambre triple au calme avec lit double et lit simple séparés par une cloison. Salle de douche neuve et spacieuse. Le WI-FI ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre mais dans le hall d'accueil (panne ponctuelle selon l'hôtelier). Dommage que le lit double ne soit que de 140cm et que la salle de bain avec WC donne directement sur la petite pièce où était placé le lit simple et que la ventilation ne fonctionnait pas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Chambre triple spacieuse.La literie était excellente.Le personnel très agréable et accueillant et disponible. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très correct.

Sehr nettes Personal. Sprachen deutsch. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Lage des Hotels sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr gut der Parkplatz ( 8,oo Euro pro Tag ) ansonsten Probleme mit Parkplätzen. Zimmer war ruhig. Frühstück zwar mit 9,50 pro Person nicht billig, aber sehr guter Kaffee und gute Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das kleine Hotel weiter empfehlen.
