excellent position near to the heart of the city and easy to reach by car. The receptionist was the perfect hostin every way. A good buffet breakfast. Parking was a definite asset. Hearing all the activity in the car park was not so good, but the french are always noisy. |

Good position, secure parking,helpful staff who were patient with our almost non existent French & spoke English with us. Comfortable bed, free internet The bathroom was shocking an intergrated affair of shower & toilet &basin, where by one is puddling in water all the time; but for 1 night it was ok water hot &we left clean. How about tea & coffee making in rooms; Come on Europe add this service as in Australia. |

The young man who was the night manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location in a dirty and unattractive part of town, the difficulty in finding the hotel, tucked away in an alley. The old, worn, dirty look of the hotel. This property does not even rate one star, as far as I am concerned. |

Good value for money. Excellent location and quiet. Free internet although wireless worked only occasionally in our room. We could still use the computer in the lobby. Not very clean. They changed the drapes not often enough. They did not clean the sink of the toilet. |

Hotel je blízko centra města, je čistý, příjemný, recepční jsou ochotní Blízko hlučné ulice, ale spát se dá dobře. Na snídani paní nemluví anglicky. |

Le personnel est très acceuillant. La voiture était sécure, dans une cour fermée à grille. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. A peine 10 minutes de marche de la cathédrale dans un joli décors alsacien. |
