The staff was very friendly and all spoke excellent English and German. The breakfast was very good with ample selection. Location is excellent and a short walk to all good things. Parking was cramped but handy. Room was quiet and comfy. When going back to Strasbourg I would surely stay there again. Could have used extra pillows. Next time I will simply ask for them.

The price was in our range; the location was within a short walk to shops and attractions (Cathedral, etc.). Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly/courteous. Room was clean, tidy, street view. Can recommend this hotel very highly based upon our experience over two days. (Mature couple on holiday)

Location is good. Parking is secured, onsite parking. The lady was friendly, but borderline rude. Through a smile she was quite condescending. Maybe this is typical French, however on our 12 day trip, we only saw this here. The room was old with outdated furnishings. However, we will stay here again when in Strasbourg.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die nette Dame an der Rezeption. Wir wurden bereits erwartet, konnten problemlos unser Auto parken und erhielten ohne große Formalitäten unseren Zimmerschlüssel. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war üppig und reichhaltig, der Service flott und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig, wenn man von der Autobahn kommt, da man nicht die ganze Stadt durchqueren muss. Bis zum Münster waren wir nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs.

O café da manha (pago fora da diária) Ao chegar me informaram que nao tinha reserva apesar de te-la feito ha mais de 3 meses. Alem disso, fiz uma reserva para estacionamento do carro a 9 euros por dia e quando cheguei me informaram que nao podeira estaciona no hotel devido a umas obras e me enviaram a um outro estacionamento pelo qual paguei eur 25.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuss ca 10min, bei rechtzeitiger Buchung bekommt man einen Parkplatz im Hof, allerdings kostet der 8 Euro pro Tag. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber zum Übernachten völlig ausreichend, die Internetverbindung in den Zimmern war sehr gut und ist im ganzen Haus kostenlos. Das Frühstück war für französische Verhältnisse sehr üppig und sehr gut. Das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. gutes einfaches Frühstück . Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut , zur Besichtigung der Stadt . Kein Kleiderschrank nur eine Ablage und eine Duschhalterung nicht vorhanden

Locatie was uitstekend, maar kleine tien minuutjes wandelen tot centrum en kathedraal, ideale uitvalsbasis om de Elzas en het zwarte Woud te verkennen. Groot pluspunt is ook veilige parking, wij waren er met vespa's en mochten die zelfs binnen zetten, beetje krap maar ze stonden droog en veilig!!! eigenlijk geen minpunten, prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed! Ontbijt sober maar wel ok omdat het in onze prijs zat, zou er wel geen negen euro voor bijbetalen.
