Perfect Hotel for young travelers. It's exactly what you expect of a cheap hotel. The metro station is near. The hotel has an elevator. It's small, but for 30 eur i think that is more than enough. The day stuff speaks English. The room is cleaned every day and also the towels are replaced. All things that you can only dream in a London hotel (that cost more than this). So, people who gave this hotel a bad score are silly regarding traveling. they complain about the small room,about small elevator, about the noise, but hello people, we are talking about a 2 star hotel. Free wi-fi, clean room, good position, shuttle for airport if you want ecc. Perfect.

Loved the location. Loved the balcony off of the 3rd floor family room.

Charged us an extra 10 Euros for a broken plastic key case that was broken when they gave it to us.

Location was good. Very close to Place d'Italie with good connections to the major sightseeing locations.

Breakfast was ridiculous - less quantity for the price. Much better to have breakfast in one of the nearby cafes or even buy from outside and have in the room. One of the hotel staff was very rude, though we did not let this spoil the stay as we ignored him! Lift seemed to suddenly stop working for a couple of hours and had to climb 5 floors, which is not very pleasant especially when you have luggage. Could be made better!

Nice staff, very close to Place d'Italie metro station. The room and the bathroom were tiny, but as I read from other reviews, this is common for Paris hotels. The area is very safe too, the hotel is right across police station. We did not have any problem and I would choose this hotel again. Good value for the money.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and well located!

The elevator was not working most of the time we stayed (on the 5th floor).

The girl at the reception spoke Italian very well (also english), she was very polite, the hotel is near (100mt) to the metropolitan and there are 3 lines that permit you to go to the most important paris monument in 10-15 minutes. The hotel was very clean, near the hotel there is a big commercial center and in the same road of the hotel there is a boulangerie. We arrived to the hotel before the check in time and they gave us the room immediatly. Every day they changed towels.

There was some problem with the credit card so we had to pay with bancomat. The breakfast it is a little bit expensive considering that near the hotel there is a bar or a boulangerie where the breakfast cost less. It was a little bit expensive but considering that it was Christmas time I can accept it

Nice hotel with convenient location and friendly staff

It was in a really good location just about 150m from metro station. The area around was great even in the evening with lots of restaurants and cafes to pass the evening.

Wifi although available sis not have a strong connection

Rooms are quite timy, as in all the hotels of the same type in Paris

Friendly welcome and we found all of the staff to be very pleasant throughout our stay. Room was a good size and clean, the bathroom was nice and clean too. Breakfast was good -- lovely fresh bread and croissants -- and again served with a smile. We chose the hotel for price and location near la butte aux cailles, and really enjoyed our stay in the area.

Shower a bit hit and miss. C'est tout!

Chose this hotel because of it relatively inexpensive and its close proximity to asian restaruants in 13ar. Easy access to metro lines 5, 6, and 7 easy to get to cdg (take metro 6 then hookup to rer b for cdg and you are there) a small convenient store for cold drinks and small eats and a kababe shop just down the street (good and quick eats at 6 euro a piece with fries and a soda)

Small rooms (but this is paris, they can get away with selling substandard stuff for big $$) tiny shower in a tiny bathroom no additional services except breakfast (did not try) . no fridge, no ice... If you have a car it's going to be a disaster trying to park near by

- 5 mins walking to a metro station with three metro lines, which connect you to most famous Paris areas. - Safe area. - Hotel staff very friendly and speak English well.

- A little noisy sometimes.

The hotel was very conveniently located near a main Metro station, and close to the University where my meeting was taking place.

The people in the room next to mine were very loud until about 3am on one of the nights, so the room was not very quiet. The other night it was fine though. The room was clean enough, and the wifi worked ok, so that was the main thing I was looking for. When sat at the desk I could feel the vibrations of the metro trains passing underneath every few minutes. This did not bother me but I did notice it. All told the hotel was fine and I would stay there again if the rate was good, but it was not my favorite.
