Staff were friendly, good location.

Walls were paperthin, we could here the guests upstairs come back to their room very late, and getting sick the next morning. There was wifi, but the connection was very weak. Makes it difficult if you want to book tourist tickets for things in Paris. Also, our room was the first floor up, and we could hear a lot of traffic

This is a budget friendly hotel, but an excellent one nonetheless. The hotel room was perfectly clean and well heated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, a few meters away from a three- line Metro station. And Wi-Fi was free. I recommend it 100%

Maybe having a little mini fridge inside the room. Other than that, everything was perfect.

It is a very nice hotel, a little bit small, but it is a particularity of Paris hotels, It is really close to the metro station of Place d'Italie and form here yu can easily reach every destination you want! You perceive clearly the metro vibration in the room, we were at the 4th floor, but it is not that bad. Very silent room, very confortable, big bathroom! I will surely book this hotel again in the future!

Maybe the rooms are too small, I mean, it is not necessary to put a 3rd bad in a double room! The lift is definitely too small!

helpful staff, very good breakfast, good location (Boulevard d'Hopital, close enough to the metro station "place d'Italie", but there you cann't buy metro tickets, so you must come there already ready :(, anyway, if you are more close to French reality, you will have more chance. close enough bus stops of 57 and 67 buses. We were there for Hopital Pitie Salpetriere, was comfortable enough). It seemed that the bed-sheets and towels were changed everyday

very small shower, I am not big, but the shower curtain was sticking to me every time I switched on the water. Not too pleasant. The bathroom was very humid, perhaps, connecting to this fact, they change the towels so often. Anyway, they solve the problem.

Breakfast was good - fresh and good value.

They had trouble processing a credit card payment at the end. We had to write details down for them which we weren't happy about.

Clean. Helpful staff. Good location - easy access to Metro and good non-tourist eating.

We found traffic noise to be a problem. The double glazed windows blocked noise effectively, but we only had two choices - a quiet, stuffy room or a noisy, ventilated room. It was a difficult choice.

It's perfect location, lots of restaurant and bars, near to the metro.

The staff is not that friendly

Although small, the room was clean and had a good view and the bed was really comfortable. The young woman at reception was lovely and extremely helpful, booking our airport transfer and even providing hot water for my tea in the afternoon. Location is excellent, within easy reach on foot or by bus of many of the main attractions. Lo cost food available from the supermarket around the corner where they provide a microwave free of charge!

The bathrooms are tiny and there is no kettle in the room.

The staff were very friendly. Luggage storage was offered, but seemed a little on-trust (with the door being left open!). Room was comfortable. Location has some nice restaurants and cafes in the area.

I hate this hotel, service sucks! They are just a bunch of gold diggers and try to get money from you. My mom asked for a taxi from the hotel to the airport and they said it was for 100 euros when there's a sign that said only for 50 euros ripp off

Very good location, just 3 minutes away from metro station. Reasonable price for family room (3 beds). Room clear and nice. If you don't need a luxury, but clear and nice place is what you need for your stay in Paris, Coypel is definitely a hotel for you.

If you need a space, this hotel is not for you - room was rather small.

Being cost concious, we were not expecting luxury. The rooms are quite small. However the facilities were more than adequate and the room was clean. Beds were quite comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful and could speak English. Did not go for the breakfast option but gather we did not miss much! Plenty of choice around Place d'Italie anyway including a shopping centre and Metro Station all within some 300 metres. Would be perfectly happy to stay there again.

The only complaint is that, in hot weather, there is no air conditioning and the street outside is quite busy. At night you either shut the double-glazed windows and bake or keep them open and put up with the traffic noise, which does abate around midnight. Maybe invest in some ear plugs.

Very good location. Friendly staff. I will recommend this hotel to young travelers and back packers.

1. Absence of Tea/Coffee maker in the room. 2. No Air-conditioning arrangement. Even a ventilation system has not been provided. One has to keep the window open for fresh air and to bring the temperature down to be able to breathe effortlessly. Keeping the window open at night can be hazardous. Will be good for stay during winter months. 3. Due to some reason, possibly interconnection of the toilet outlet pipes of adjacent toilets, the toilet emanates foul smell. 4. Foul smell from the common toilet opposite the room allotted to me, made our stay very uncomfortable. 5. No power point near the bed or the writing table to charge phone/camera.

The smallest elevator I ever saw. Enough for two persons without luggage.

Great location, half a block away from 3 Metro lines, makes most tourist destinations accessible in 20mins or less. Also impressed by clean rooms, helpful staff who spoke good English, and a friendly neighbourhood (though a little loud, but what do you expect from an inner city hotel?).

Shower a little cramped, only one pillow each (though we never asked for more), but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

For the price, which was as cheap as we could find in Paris without frightening reviews, this hotel was great. Very basic but met our needs for a 1 night stay without trouble. Walls are somewhat thin but we were not disturbed. Staff all spoke good English and were very helpful.

The shower in our room was tiny! Barely enough room to move, but again it was fine for a 1 night stay. Also there weren't really any adequate plugs in the room for our electronics.

I like interier of room, clearness, friendly stuff, view from window. But best of all I like the district, location, low price on food, in the hotel building is bulangerie, home made food, so we didnt got breacfast in hotel and were very happy. Next time I will stay in Coypel

Location is excelente,near Metro,market,restaurants,etc... The room is good but the bed could be better,and the WC also. Staff is nice . Wi-Fi Free in your room.No Breakfast! A lot of noise at night !!!!
